Absolutely Amazing, great service, outdoor patio was delightful and ALL of the food was on point. Best clam strips I’ve ever had, hush puppies to die for and everything else from onion rings, to fried shrimp, coconut shrimp, fries, slaw and blackened grouper were also phenomenal. I’ve passed by so many times I never stopped by because I thought it would be a tourist trap, chain with ok food, but I was so thankful with the delicious fried shrimp, freshly steamed and buttery broccoli and delicious coleslaw. And I really like coleslaw! If you like sweet coleslaw like KFC has, this is the place for you because it’s so fresh and more choppy! I wish I could remember my bartender’s name, but she was very friendly and has been there for eight years and the entire staff has been there for years! That says a lot

Better than expected. The salad was very basic, but fresh. Shrimp Scampi was purely a garlic lovers dream as the shrimp were swimming in garlic and butter. The Large Peel and Eat Shrimp were nicely cooked, although a tad smaller than I hoped. Yet those shrimp made for an excellent addition as scooping up the left over butter and garlic was devine. The service was also attentive throughout my stay.

I love everything about this place — the food, the decor, the price point! it was perfect for lunch. I had the shrimp basket & clam chowder — 8.5/10! Very delicious, flavors were on point all around. The shrimp was fresh and the batter was well-seasoned, so flavorful. The clam chowder also tasted delicious, but I wished the potatoes were more tender. They tasted a bit underdone.
But that key lime pie?! Absolute IMPECCABLE! Get it and thank me later.
The decor here was a true bright spot! Absolutely loved that my eye kept catching something new, and that they leaned into their theme in a way that felt fun, not overwhelming.
Overall, I’ll definitely be back here — and I’d recommend to a friend!

If this restaurant were closer to our house (takes an hour to get here). we would be coming here every week. Even though it’s a long drive with horrendous traffic, it’s worth it for the one time a month we come.
Tonight Peyton was our server for the second time. He was as friendly and efficient as the time before. He brought my “early bird dinner” of fried clams & shrimp with coleslaw and it was huge! Husband had the regular fried shrimp dinner with potatoes and coleslaw. It was also generous portions.
We enjoyed our meal and appreciated our wait staff. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. The decor is old time Pinellas County. We love FOURTH STREET SHRIMP!

Amazing experience. Great food at a great price! Old school Florida atmosphere with the feel of St. Pete. Charlie! What can I say about our server. Charlie made our night. Excellent communicator, attentive to our drinks and food. This dude even knows how to sell dessert! Go for the food, go for Charlie! Whatever you do, go check it out.

This was a great find in St Pete. The food was delicious and the service was top notch. We both had a bowl of the clam chowder. This has to be in our top 3 best ever clam chowders. I have never had a clam shower with such large clam strip in it. It was delightfully rich, creamy and hearty. It had the perfect amount of clams and potatoes. I had the fried shrimp with potatoes and coleslaw. It was great. My wife had the grilled salmon with rice, bell peppers, onions and mushrooms. It was hot and fresh. Another highlight was their hush puppies. 6 came in an order. They were hot, crispy and flavorful. The prices for the food gotten IMO was very fail. This was a very lively spot with many beach themed decorations. We will be sure to make this a stop when we are back in St Pete. I would definitely eat here again.

4th definitely makes you feel at home. The food was excellent, and the service was even better. My group was fairly large(10+), but still, they accommodated us. The server we had (I can’t remember his name) was very patient and helpful even though they were short staffed. The food came out fast for it being such a large group, and man, was it good. I’m really basic when it comes to seafood. Even though I’m from FL, the fried shrimp I had was very fresh and hit the spot. I’m really not a fan of Coleslaw, but that was some of the best I’ve had. I did taste a few other items off other people plates and they were pretty good too, especially the butter sauce on the grilled shrimp. I leave St. Pete in a few day but I’ll be making a stop here again before I leave…also try the Key Lime Pie.
