We had the best experience at Bulgogi Hut! The food was absolutely amazing everything was fresh, flavorful, and delicious.
Our server (we sadly forgot her name) was incredible. She was wearing glasses, and she was extremely kind, welcoming, and attentive. She checked on us consistently and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. Her positive attitude truly made our night special.
Honestly, I want to come back not just for the amazing food, but mainly because of her outstanding service. She’s the best! Deffff recommended

I have been coming here for years but last nights hospitality was unmatched. I am BIG on getting good service!
Me and my family were greeted by Stewart as soon as we got there and he seated us right away. Stewart was Great, we really enjoyed his energy, he made conversation, he was positive and helpful. We were then served by Alberto, whom was very attentive and had great service alongside the help he received from the food runners (all the guys were great & helpful) food was Great. And as we left Stewart wished us a Good night, Great guy def a people’s person, would love to see him as a server in the future!

Highly recommend! The food was amazing but the service was even better. We had Sandra and she had the best suggestions for what meats and sides go well together. She’ll hook you up especially with the cheese corn dip! Sandra even went out of her way to suggest a bingsu spot for dessert that wasn’t too far.

At first it was a bit bumpy and, maybe even not the most pleasant customer service upon entry and seating, as there were some requirements prior to seating.
There seems to have been a bit of a stale and not friendly attitude. But money talks and that changed, it seemed.
Prompt and pleasant service, plenty to choose from and very delicious iconic dishes.
Definitely a place to bring a family and or many friends.
They’re streaming entertainment &/sports on many screens throughout the restaurant and they even have a cute private dining section it seemed like.
Maybe some music on weekends?
Definitely worth taking a picture in front of the, colorful Landmark Bull in front as well

I’ve been coming to Bulgogi Hut for years. It’s my go-to KBBQ AYCE restaurant, and for good reason. The food is a great deal for the price, with a wide selection of meats and a healthy serving of many delicious banchan. The service is fast, friendly and non-intrusive; you don’t wait for long for anything here. I was really impressed by the service from Michael tonight. He’s a conscientious server and very friendly person. His service was warm, pleasant and quick. I would highly recommend coming here for dinner.

We had a reservation for a party of 16 for a family member’s birthday and they were able to accommodate us and provide great service! Michael was our server and he was constantly checking up on us to make sure we had everything we needed and the food was amazing and brought out quickly!

I’ve been watching this places slow decline over the last 2 years. Coming by 1 or 2 times a month. At 1st it was a well priced happy hr with warm friendly employees. But then they raised the prices matching surrounding KBBQ places and still calling it happy hr. I kept going dismissed it, becuase the current economy. Then the employees became less active, less smiles. Now they’re trying to charge me at the door. But I noticed only when I’m looking ragged from working overnight. TODAY… the girl at the front looks me up and down and says U need to pay 1st. Then walks pass me leading 2 other customers that came in after I did, to go eat. Leaving me there. I used to look forward to coming here. Not anymore. I don’t want pay a place extra for the privilege of being made to feel.. less than.
