Joelin has the personality of the sloath from Zootopia. Rude and not friendly. Clearly dislikes her job and it shows. Food was gross, doesn’t look that clean inside. Bathrooms weren’t equipped with toiletries. But to be honest, it all starts with the first person you see. Maybe we overlook the rest of the first person was kind and helpful to a family who was never here before. Shakes are malt ice cream in a cup. Can NOT DRINK. But it’s really the staff and the atmosphere. DO BETTER

Cookout’s great but go to north Main Street. This crew makes the place look bad. You don’t even get your whole order, if you ask for two orders of cheese bites they put 10 in the box which adds up to one order. Main Street crew is great.

I received. Apparently they ran out of buns and didn’t bother to tell me. The lady that came up and tried said that she was off the clock and got really mad and stormed off stating that wasn’t her problem. Absolutely love Cook Out but this location needs some serious help. I think you can do better.

Hear me out; I don’t do reviews and my username is absolutely atrocious, but this review is serious. I went through the drive through with my mother, and the line was all backed up but they dealt with it super quickly. They got our order done in like three minutes and it was amazing. The lady at the drive thru was also super polite and quick with her questions, definitely would’ve tipped if we had the finances! Huge thanks to Kanashia; she was the wonderful and sweet lady that took our order! ✌️

It was freezing in there, the ceiling fans were running full speed and the staff said they had no control over either, that it was just as cold in the kitchen. Food and service met our expectation. Cook Out’s our favorite fast food so we stopped in while traveling but we had to eat our delicous grilled chicken in the car. Fix the heat!

This use to be my favorite fast food burger place. The food was great. You could dine in. But, in the last couple of years the quality has fallen. The fries are soft, booths are not cleaned, one booth is broken, the self-serve coke machine has been removed, and the general inside appearance is worn and dirty. Too bad. They use to make the best burgers, and the milkshakes were the best in town

Their food is so damn good, easily put. Some of the best hush puppies I’ve ever had AND it’s relatively affordable in this economy!! Staff could be a little friendlier but I mean I’ve worked in customer service and it’s simply not easy every single day to be in a pleasant mood so I get it. Definitely recommend – I don’t even eat fast food anymore but I make an exception here.

when i was in there recently i saw ROACHES climbing under the milkshake machine and someone literally killed it and when about their day like it was fine. a couple times prior to this roach incident i saw a manager i believe his name is lamar being extremely rude and disrespectful to his workers. shut this location down or get better management and some pest control

In the past, Cookout was an amazing experience without outstanding food. Our experience today was truly awful. The young woman who took our order got it wrong. Then the incorrect order was not made per the incorrect order. Most irritating, two hamburgers “Cookout style” cost $11.00. What a rip off! Avoid this Cookout as it serves substandard food for outrageous prices! In fact, that sentence could apply to nearly all fast food restaurants throughout America.

Extra long wait for hot dogs and burgers… over 10 minutes sitting in drive thru. To many, “please repeat that” to the drive thru every time. It’s very frustrating when there’s a language issue in “fast” food. Also, you have to ask AGIAN at the window for napkins and any sauces. Every time.
