Just basically good Korean food. I ordered bulgogi split with japchae because I love them both. These are NOT traditionally spicy dishes. Both were very good. I ordered the kimchijeon which should have had some spicy kick but it did not. I received a tiny container of kimchi, which is standard in South Korea, and I was disappointed. I have spent my whole life eating Korean food, particularly kimchi, my mom was Korean. This kimchi has a nice flavor but it has not been fermented long enough nor does it have the spice I am used to having. I was disappointed that the kimchijeon was not spicy as it should have been. I have my own cayenne pepper and gochujang sauce at home so I used it liberally with my jeon. If you’re looking for spicy foods, this may not be what you want. If you bring your spice with you, you’ll love it! I have eaten many Korean foods that are not spicy, mama’s Korean church on Sundays always serves home-cooked Korean dishes.
The music was a little too loud for the small space.

Loved everything about this place. The Kimchijeon Kimchi Pancake was so good!! The kimchi pickles were also some of the best side I’ve ever had. It’s so hard to find good Korean food and this place checks every box. I can’t wait to come back and try the kimbap. 10/10

I made an online order for pickup. Surprisingly I made it across the street in good time. When I arrived to the restaurant, I was greeted by a pleasant gentleman. He confirmed who I was and what I had ordered. He told me it would be “5 minutes”. It was more like 10-15. When he came out, he explained that they wanted to make it fresh, my precious Kimbap. I told him no problem. Let me tell you… worth the wait!!! I’ve had Kimbop from other places and they were sooo mediocre. Joa is top notch! I can tell that the rest of their menu will be sooo worth it. I can’t wait for my next dish to try. And for those complaining about the galbi, I don’t think you understand how it’s eaten in Asian culture. We love to strip and suck the bone! Anyhoo, give this place a shot!!

Food – Galbi ribs were delicious and hit the spot. I was a little perplexed why would you put the bones in if they barely or had no meat on them. I would come back if the portions were twice what they were for meat. Or I would tack on a price for extra spare ribs.

Authentic Korean food. Tried for the first time today and I am so glad that I finally found a place that sells authentic Korean food. The owners are very nice, even gave me a free drink to try. Will definitely be back to try other dishes. I ordered bibimpab with beef bulgogi, japchae noodles, and dduboki today. Food was delicious, freshly made, not greasy.

Food is freshly made, on healthier side compare to many other Asian places. We enjoyed our meals but beef ribs for 23$ came just with rice, so probably won’t be ordering it again. Food is good and if you in the area it’s worth to stop by.

My mom and I ate here today, and the owners are such delightful people. They made sure we were taken care of, the lady even giving us compliments and making great conversation with us! I wish I lived closer because I would come here all the time. The food was great and fresh, I really enjoyed the bibimbap and it is one of my favorite Korean dishes. Loved it!

This place was such an amazing find! My family was in the area and decided to try something unique and this place exceeded our expectations by a mile. The couple that owns it are the sweetest people and went above and beyond to guarantee that we were having a great experience and so eager for us to try different things by offering samples if we didn’t know what it was. Everything is freshly cooked in house and it was all SO GOOD! I’ve tried kimchi many times in the past and thought I didn’t like it, but theirs was so good, we bought a side to go! Definitely returning whenever we’re in that area.
