My son and I went to eat here, now let me start by saying the food is absolutely delicious !!! We got the third option on the boil menu snow crab and shrimp with potato, corn, egg and sausage. We chose cajun hot flavor and it was , soo good.
The service was decent. The waitress was nice and friendly …I asked her to put the Celtics game on like two times and each time she said she would… never did.. that was bit frustrating. She did a great job explaining the menu and also recommending the meal we ultimately got.
My son loved loved loved the chicken sandwich with the sweet potato fries.
Overall the food is delicious.. we sat by the door and it is cold so don’t sit there in the winter. It’s a small space nothing special as far as atmosphere.

Lobster in the lobster roll was hard, so definitely not fresh. The place was completely empty on a Thursday night at 6, so that should have tipped us off. The lemon pepper fries were great, but that was about it. The server was nice and prompt.

It’s a small establishment, has a small basic nothing special dining area, service was quick will say my water was served in a glass with a broken rim, so they need to be checking there glassware, prior to serving the customers. Otherwise, the food was good. She enjoyed her seafood boil she did say her Virgin Piña Colada was too sweet, so we watered it down. that being said, she enjoyed the food. So if you’re looking for a seafood boil, give them a try, you make your own opinion.

This place is fun, food is great. If you like shrimp, crab and lobster, then come on in. Served in a plastic bag with lots of flavor. Get your flavor of choice. I did butter/garlic shrimp. 1 pound was too much, so get half a pound unless you are a teenager. My wife loved the seafood dinner, crab legs, lobster tail (nice size) and shrimp.

Trash service. Went in there tonight. The woman just told us to pick somewhere to sit and completely ignored us for about 10 minutes. There was just a couple in there and they were done eating. She was in the kitchen chatting with the cook. We stand up to walk out, she didn’t even bother asking why we were leaving. Please don’t go there. I tried mobile order for a friend, the food was also low quality and tateless. There is better alternatives out there

Went to Shaking Crab for what I thought would be a seafood adventure — and it definitely shook me (just not in the way I expected). The staff were incredibly friendly and made the experience fun.
The place is all about messy, hands-on eating — bibs, gloves, and a lot of sauce everywhere (and I mean everywhere). Unfortunately, the seafood didn’t seem very fresh… let’s just say the crab had already retired long before it reached the pot.
Overall, it’s a fun spot to visit once with friends for the laughs and chaos, but probably not one for a repeat performance unless you really enjoy seafood déjà vu.

The gentleman that took care of us was great. He was attentive, took the time to answer questions, made sure my daughter got her drink the way she wanted it, and checked in at an appropriate interval. Restaurant was clean. One wall stood out. A can of paint would fix it. Tables were clean. Combined we had king crab, snow crab, shrimp, clams, mussels, corn and potato. We both had the garlic and butter. You get a ton of sauce with your meal. Tons of delicious garlic. The seafood was fresh, tasted really good. We travel a lot and thought the portions could have been slightly higher. On the quality of the food and our particular waiter I would highly recommend.
