Don’t eat here they forget to put cheese on their pizzas. Ordered a $15 pizza and they put no cheese when the order plain as day has cheese listed as an ingredient. Will not be getting my service anymore and they shouldn’t get yours either.

Friendly, courteous, smiling and helpful staff. Stopped in to order to go and my pizza was promptly ready and I was on my way. The facility has been recently updated inside … clean, neat, and seating is spread out and not cramped. We will be back to eat in someday soon.

I’ve eaten at a lot of different Pizza Huts from Florida to Illinois and this is hands down the best one. The pizzas were amazing who ever made them needs a raise. Rarely does food look like the photos but these actually do, may be even better.

We arrived just after 1 on a Saturday. We were greeted and seated immediately. Our waitress was super nice and attentive. The pizza and wings were delicious and the soda was perfect. We had a great dine in experience. I would highly recommend and I would definitely go back.

I ordered online. The pizza tasted fine and was hot on arrival but when I picked up my second piece there was a black hair stuck to the bottom of it. I’m sorry but that just ruins it for me.

I would like to discuss with regional mgr. (last time there was problem, store mgr said to always call store first to solve before reaches regional). BTW, I order so frequently (1-2 times per week, embarrassingly) that they/ female mgr knows me and we work together so often that we’ve fine-tuned pizza to my specs—she even calls me every time she has questions because she wants it to be just right. But a last order WAS SO PERFECT so I couldn’t wait to order again. Then delivered (doordash which is fine—but usually female mgr drives it over). When I opened box , I knew right away because so pale and limp—I’m sure average bland boring pizza that most everyone gets (and you wonder why $/ business goals not met). I’M SURE NO ONE PAID ANY ATTENTION TO MY SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS!! Not hard if follow and turns out pretty good. So I called—someone finally answered and immediately hung up. Your auto call-back called ME so when we connected again he hung up immediately. At one point he knew I wanted to talk to female mgr—is she there?—“yes” then changed to “no” when I asked to speak with her—and he immediately hung up again. Trying to give benefit of doubt, I tried 3-4 more times and again hung up immediately and then they just didn’t answer at all. So I decided to let it ring until they did answer—AND NO ONE EVER ANSWERED—so finally I just left ringing for 2+ HOURS!! And nothing. It was late, by then 10:05p said they had closed as they skampered out the door THEN SHIFT PROBABLY OVER AND NO REAL BENEFIT TO ANSWER (because they had date at 10:15p)—but couldn’t they just answer that they heard me and to say call next day. Not perfect, but at least satisfactory or possibly right then CONNECT with REGIONAL office. I don’t have photo because probably looks like photo in instruction manual—average bland looking which correlates with public perception. I have an entire fridge filled with gourmet vegan meals—sent me from east coast co SAKARA—which if I ordered 3 meals/ day for
5 days—for $450+/ week!! So it better be better worth it to cheat!! Last night, benefit of the doubt BUT customer service not even close—but I had been treated so badly. Since I truly am vegan, I don’t want coupon for another pizza (and NOT EASY TO GIVE AWAY). So I will feel valued as customer, please credit my card for actual amount of $30–a small expense for positive PR.

I went at lunch with three friends. Two of us had the buffet, one ordered a personal pizza and the last ordered a sandwich. The salad bar was almost empty, and the pizzas weren’t refilled often. The friend who ordered a sandwich waited over 45 minutes, and when it came out it wasn’t even the right one so she sent it back and didn’t get a chance to eat before she had to return to work. Our drinks were never refilled and we were never checked on. I can’t blame our waitress; she was the only one on duty to cover the tables, fill the buffet, take orders and cash people out.

It has been more than a couple years that I’ve been there. Ordered the chicken fettuccine alfredo, even asked for extra chicken. There were plenty of noodles, and okay on the sauce. But really really had to look for the chicken. There was hardly any at all. It’s one thing to ask for a fettuccine alfredo, but when you ask for chicken fettuccine alfredo you expect to find some chicken in it!!!
