Absolutely fantastic! I haven’t been to this location in a while and it has really changed for the better. My Steakburger was delicious. Now that they are cooking with beef tallow the fries are a lot better. Service was prompt and friendly. Waaaayyyyy better than McDonalds and for less money, like $3 less for the same meal. Plus it tastes way better.
Another plus, a server ask me how the food was and how was my day going….people talking to each, being polite and friendly? I’m not sure what’s going on. Wow, did I just step into a time machine?
I would definitely recommend this location!

I have been a lifelong patron of over 50 years. My father was before that. The food and atmosphere is still very good. Unfortunately, I’ve had to lower my expectations about the service. There literally isn’t any inside the restaurant. The customer has to do everything except cook the food. I have mostly received good service in the drive thru.

Our food is generally good. We like being able to order tallow fries at some establishment locally. HOWEVER – I have had the worst service her consistently. Tonight whatever manager (I think?) was on duty was screaming across the kitchen while we awkwardly waited at the window. I’ve never been so horrified… felt like a Waffle House level fight could happen by the employees. There needs to be some firing and re-training here. The location in oldsmar is way less chaotic and the service is a million times better.

I love this place. I have been coming here for years. Marnie has always been so kind and made it such a welcoming atmosphere. I live up in Tarpon but I’d drive to this store just because of how well the staff treat myself and my family. It’s not just about the food but the service is amazing ♥️♥️

9/15- I ordered one hamburger, and they made me wait so long by the time they finally brought it to me. It was ice cold. I will never go back there again. I gave them a second chance. I recommend anyone stay away from this place. !!

I miss peppers on the tables and Humans taking my order. Also sometimes when they are busy @ my location the meat tastes almost Raw. If they would just tale anextra few seconds to fully cook the food I would give more stars.
