We go every year for Valentine’s Day, and after being to a handful of the locations, this one is by far the most beautiful and cozy. Also from someone who has worked in the food industry in the past, I have to say that our server Jason was 10 out of 10! He was so lovely and informed on the gluten-free options and really anything we asked him about the menu. The melting pot can also be a experience so just know that you will be there for a few hours, but even with that mindset time flew by with how punctual Jason was at each step of the meal walking up to the table with a warm face.
Also, for being celiac, I trust the melting pot 1000% with being informed and not having issues with any cross-contamination. They really accommodate to celiac and have gluten-free bread substitutions as well as gluten-free brownies and cookies for dippers. Sometimes with celiac you feel like you get the short end of the stick, but I felt just as full and satisfied as my husband did leaving our meal here. If you have celiac and you haven’t gone here, it’s a must and to all the fellas out there… treat your loved one to a good meal and quality time together. Definitely a special place to make memories with loved ones!

What a great experience. We came for a birthday celebration and everything was awesome. The team here made tonight fun and enjoyable. Stephy and Lexi were Rockstars and made our night special. The food was what we expected (too much to finish) and delicious. We highly recommend this place.

She was absolutely amazing, I don’t think I’ve ever had better service at any restaurant before. She went above and beyond for us and was very sweet, considerate, and accommodating. We had an amazing experience at The Melting Pot thanks to our server Lexi! From the moment we sat down, she was so warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. She explained everything perfectly, checked on us at all the right times, and made sure we felt taken care of without ever feeling rushed.
The food was absolutely delicious, but honestly, Lexi’s energy is what will truly bring us back. She made the entire experience feel special and memorable. Great service (our server was 10/10 wonderful!) and decent food. I’ve eaten at so many melting pot locations over several decades and find the quality has gone down a bit. But that’s likely to be everywhere in America these days— Sysco foods. I’m half French so I can be picky and wish we got better quality food generally. But I digress. Anyway— the atmosphere was so wonderful- very intimate and cozy. The rustic vibe with steel beams was a fun experience! Almost felt like we were in the mines. Definitely pricey for a family of 5 but we knew that going in. Only little thing is we definitely felt rushed and pushed out. Granted they took us in for a last minute reservation at 4:45pm so perhaps they were just making sure to keep things going. But it was a little hurried— especially for the cost and experience. Generally a nice time! 🙂

Our waitress was amazing. She was so informative and friendly and personable. I flew in from PA to visit my bf and she made our date night amazing. We ordered the alpine cheese, the mojo cooking style with the steak lovers and the classic, smores chocolate with the extra additions. Unfortunately they didnt have the cheesecake but did give us extra puffs. All the food was amazing. We also got 6 chocolate covered strawberries and a cheesy meltmallow. The chocolate covered strawberries were so juicy and delicious.

Wow — just wow! This place is absolutely incredible. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted promptly by a friendly and kind hostess and seated right away for our reservation. The setup and atmosphere are unique and thoughtfully designed, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
Our server, Brady, along with Brenna, were an absolute delight. Since it was my first time here, they both offered fantastic recommendations and made us feel completely comfortable. They were personable, attentive, and genuinely fun to talk to — it felt like more than just dinner service. You can tell they truly enjoy what they do.
We ordered the mixed platter of meats, the Wisconsin cheese, and both the dark and light chocolate desserts — everything was absolutely delicious. The team was wonderful about keeping our food and drinks refilled without us ever having to ask. The manager even stopped by to introduce himself and check on our experience, which was a really nice touch.
My only small concern was that there was a vent above our table that seemed to be blowing out small dust particles. I would recommend having the ventilation system cleaned, as dust buildup can also be a fire hazard.
That being said, it did not take away from the overall experience. The food and service were excellent, and I will definitely be back!

Came here for restaurant week 2025. Josiah was very helpful and helping me modify our reservation and very accommodating to my service dog. This is a four course restaurant. We started with the Wisconsin cheese fondue, which included many dippers. I had the love diva martini, which was delicious. Second course is salads, I had the California salad and hubby had the house melting pot salad. Then we argued about which one was better. Trinity was very helpful in explaining how it works, and the restaurant week entrée includes teriyaki steak, regular steak, pork, ravioli, shrimp, and more along with six different dipping sauces. It was delightfully overwhelming. We had the dark chocolate fondue for dessert and it was out of the park. Our server Let us know that this week special was good for the whole month. Amazing! Would definitely recommend and we will definitely be back

My girlfriend and I recently had a wonderful date night at The Melting Pot in Louisville. I’m a regular at the Littleton location, but while it’s undergoing renovations we decided to make the drive north, and I’m glad we did.
The Louisville restaurant is tucked into a quaint little town just outside of Boulder, which immediately sets a relaxed, charming tone. Once inside, we were quickly seated in a private upstairs booth that felt intimate and perfect for a date night. The lighting and overall ambiance struck exactly the right balance. Cozy, quiet, and romantic without feeling stuffy.
Our server, Skylar, truly elevated the experience. He presented each course with enthusiasm and confidence, explained everything clearly, and kept the evening flowing effortlessly. We never felt rushed or forgotten, and he somehow managed to keep us both well fed and entertained throughout the entire meal.
The food was excellent, just as I’ve come to expect from The Melting Pot, but I was pleasantly surprised to learn that this location offers dishes that are unique to the restaurant. That added an extra layer of fun and discovery to the experience.
If you’re in the area or willing to make the drive, I highly recommend visiting the Louisville location. And if you can, ask for Skylar. He made an already great evening even better.
