Olive Garden has always been one of my go-to spots for a casual meal, especially for their classic soup and salad combo. I’ve visited this location several times and usually sit at the bar. The service tends to start off a little slow but eventually picks up, and once it does, the staff is friendly and attentive.
That said, the bar area could use more attention to cleanliness. With only a few guests seated at a time and two people working behind the bar, it’s surprising how often the counters stay dirty between customers. A quick wipe-down after each guest would make a big difference.
On a positive note, during my last visit, I tried the new Grilled Chicken Margherita, and it was a pleasant surprise — a lighter, fresher option compared to their usual pasta-heavy menu. The combination of fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, basil pasta, and lemon garlic sauce, served with Parmesan garlic broccoli, was flavorful and well-balanced.
Overall, this location delivers a dependable Olive Garden experience with room for improvement in bar service and cleanliness, but the new menu addition is definitely worth trying.

The food at Olive Garden was very good and our server Francis was really quick in their service and in taking our many orders. I’d greatly recommend this place especially when taking the green line as it is conveniently 10 minutes walk from the subway station.

Our server, Francis D, truly made this an unforgettable dinner with friends, something I didn’t expect at an Olive Garden. I’ve never received such good service and attention in any restaurant ever, he was on top of everything. Never a moment I didn’t have a filled glass or low on salad/breadsticks. He was friendly and helpful and we had a great time. This was the best Olive Garden I’ve been too and is worth a drive of any distance.

Amazing that this was my first time in an Olive Garden and I absolutely loved it! My server Fabriscio made my experience so pleasant. Food was simply delicious! I ordered the Build Your Own Pasta with angel hair pasta, meat sauce with shrimp added also! I was absolutely amazed at the number of shrimp added to the dish for $4.99 more! Of course their endless salad and bread sticks get an applause too! I will be going back soon for sure!!

I had dinner at Olive Green in Hyattsville, MD and it was a great experience. The food tasted fresh and full of flavor. Everything came out quickly without feeling rushed. The staff stayed attentive and made sure we were comfortable. Rudi made a real difference. He checked on us often and kept the service smooth. You feel welcomed and cared for from start to finish. Olive Green works well for a relaxed dinner with good food and reliable service.

This is my first time, writing a review right after I’ve gotten home from receiving my food.
I normally get quick kids meal for my daughter if I’m lazy to cook..just started eating here the ending of January.
Tonight, I ordered a Kids ravioli and added on a $6 ziti for myself.
I get home and start taking the food out of the bag. I quickly noticed that my food was not cooked at all. It was “prepared” but never cooked. I am highly disappointed and thus far the worst experience I’ve ever gotten. I want my money back and I’m very unsure if I want to continue to eat here after tonight.
If I was so tired and not feeling to drive after a long day dealing with my car, I would’ve surely went back but instead I’m writing this review.
The bottom of the container is ice cold. It’s ridiculous! If it has some kind of heat, you will feel the warmth at the bottom.
This is unacceptable. Food safety is clearly not taken serious here. I picked up on time & I live around the corner so there is no excuse whatsoever!

On Friday night I had date night with my son. We both thoroughly enjoyed our food. What made it even better was our waitress, Balou ( sorry if it’s spelled wrong) Even though her section was extremely busy with big tales, she made sure we were taken care of. Just as if we were the only table she had. Thank you for such wonderful service and a wonderful experience!!
