Surprisingly good for a chain restaurant! We had excellent service at a table in the bar area. Started with a sweet tangy signature cocktails, the rum punch was the best! I do enjoy a dinner that includes soup or salad, which they provide tasty soup options. I like the spicy Italian sausage in the Zuppa Toscana while my companion enjoyed the Chicken and gnocchi. We both had a Carbonara dish topped with their chicken fritta (crispy breaded chicken breast). I’d highly recommend this Olive Garden location.

The soup we wanted wasn’t available, the service was unpleasant, and the soup they brought us was tasteless, like it had been watered down. There were no refills of bread or soup. I visited this restaurant in Dallas, but this experience was completely different. I also suggest they properly sanitize or replace their utensils, because it was terrible to see their condition. I definitely wouldn’t go back to this place.

I went to Olive Garden today and had one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time! Our waitress, Ari, was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly kind, sweet, and attentive throughout the entire meal. You can really tell she cares about what she does and takes pride in giving great service.
Ari made the whole experience feel special — she was friendly, helpful, and made sure everything was perfect for us. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only so good at their job but also genuinely warm and welcoming.

My friends favorite place to eat. Lasagna is her go to order. She loves it. This time I ordered the shrimp Alfredo with broccoli added. The broccoli was a great addition. Neverending salad is usually our side.

Had a fantastic experience at the Olive Garden of Gurnee. Our waitress was very attentive, friendly, and helpful and our food came out very fast and fresh. Management also came out to greet our table and made sure we had everything we need. Couldn’t ask for a better dinner experience after a full day snowboarding on the slopes. Would recommend this location.
