This was our second time at Prime. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and the atmosphere. The food was amazing one of the best steaks my husband and I have ever eaten. The service was top notch, it was our 6th anniversary and we got a beautiful view of the falls. Our server Carlee was friendly, efficient and attentive. This is our new anniversary tradition for dinner. We have suggested it to many friends looking for an amazing dinner.

We had breakfast at the Brock Hotel breakfast buffet this morning with our kids, and I wanted to recognize Zlatko, who gave us truly exceptional service.
From the moment we sat down, Zlatko was warm, attentive, and incredibly courteous. He made sure our coffee cups never ran empty, checked in regularly about drinks, and kept our table cleared so we could relax and enjoy the meal with our family. Even though the restaurant was busy, he managed to make time for every table and treated everyone with genuine kindness and professionalism.
What stood out most was how thoughtful and helpful he was with our kids. He noticed the little things, anticipated what we needed, and created a welcoming atmosphere that made the breakfast feel special rather than just routine.
It’s rare to see this level of high-quality, attentive service at a buffet setting. Zlatko clearly cares about the guest experience and represents the Brock Hotel extremely well.
In my opinion, he is the kind of employee who deserves recognition and promotion. Staff like Zlatko are the reason guests want to come back.

The rack of lamb was well cooked but lacked a bit of flavour. The forest mushrooms were well cooked and tasted soft and tasty. The mashed potatoes with cheese and bacon with a dash of sour cream was really bringing a good combination of flavours. The seafood chowder was tasty light and full of flavour which really made my mouth crave for more. The featured appetizer was soft smooth and melts in your mouth but did taste light and creamy with the apples melting as I ate.
I would recommend this restaurant for the view and some great menu options. But I would love to have more flavour with the meats and the taste was not comparable for the price.

Pamela brought such a welcoming and positive energy to our breakfast experience. From the moment we sat down, she made us feel comfortable and genuinely cared for. She checked in on us throughout the meal and made sure we were doing great while eating, which really added to the overall experience. Her kindness and attentiveness made breakfast even more enjoyable, and we truly appreciated her hospitality.
We came back to this restaurant for the second time and once again had a great experience. The service was wonderful, especially thanks to Zlatko, who welcomed us warmly and was incredibly attentive. We were greeted warmly by the host and our server, Zlatko, which set a great tone right away. They were happy to accommodate a food preference and were incredibly gracious about it. The food was high quality, and the view was lovely, at least before the ice storm blocked our window! We tried the masala chai and the special chocolate blend teas, and both were excellent. It is on the pricey side compared to other afternoon teas at $64 pp. Definitely recommend for the overall experience.

Our dining experience at the Prime Steakhouse was by far the best! We were seated right where we could see the fireworks display and the majestic Niagara falls. We had the black angus tenderloin and new york striploin for the main event. It was to die for! Plus, the sides were so delicious (highly recommended, carrots! ). Our daughter had the burger it was a huge serving she couldnt finish the whole thing but was incredibly good as well. We celebrated our wedding anniversary and they made sure to make it extra special and gave us a slice of chocolate cake on the house. For the overall quality and dining experience, price was very reasonable. All the staff were lovely especially Alvin! Shoutout to your amazing service and warm hospitality and friendliness! You sure made our trip extra special and memorable. Will be back for sure.

We were originally planning to visit the Hershey’s Chocolate outlet in Niagara, but while walking around we noticed Prime Steak and decided to give this top-floor restaurant with a stunning Niagara Falls view a tryand we’re so glad we did.
The food was absolutely delicious, and the views of the Falls made the experience even more special. A huge shoutout to Shanatau, who was incredible extremely friendly, patient, and super helpful in guiding us through the menu and making great recommendations.
