NASTY NASTY NASTY! Ordered a frappe and there was a maggot in it! That was a few days back & I didn’t even call to complain or nearly reacted like I should’ve because of the disgust and shock of biting into it! Will never go back there nor any McDonalds!

Be mindful when placing your online breakfast orders. Place them and pay for them 20-30mins before 11am and they’ll cancel your order if you’re not there right at 11. Cause of forbid theres traffic or some other factor holding you up. Where did your food go if you had plenty of time between your order and 11? Who knows wasnt there and they wouldnt help when I got there to ask why my order was canceled when I was at the light(1-2mins) down the road.

A little disappointed and I hardly do any reviews but they could of replaced it with a better chicken strip, but no got a skinny little one instead and a little bit of the spicy sauce on the side and not enough lettuce and cheese compared to the Jack in the box snack wrap it’s better looking than this, and yes I could have gone over there but wanted to give this one a try and don’t need bad or rude comments just stating my opinion don’t know if you can do something about it but if not than I’ll take it as a loss.

I had my partner order on mobile, 40 minutes prior to daypart. We were 8 mins away from the restaurant and a prompt and email pop up of our food order being canceled. Im well aware how it works but theres ample time to prepare an order. If the issue is them not checking online orders as theyre being prompted, yall need to hire more competent staff. Regardless of being refunded for my order this chain is actively wasting peoples time and gas. With 40 minutes to spare from daypart. If its automated please do your part to bring it up to management.

Came with my grandson and ordered the new chicken strips everyone is bragging about and they absolutely suck! I had them redo them they were old and super oily. Fries cold and they tell me 3 minutes for the fries to be made fresh the strips 7 minutes and then it’s been 15 minutes and I had to go and tell them and the same thing happened greasy and nasty fries never again will I order this so annoyed.

This is by far the worst McDonald’s. Order always wrong, paper still stuck on patty, sent it back still wrong, fries always cold and waiting over 30 min for curbside order. If you want good service and hot food go to the McDonald’s on Ridge here in Alamo.

I went last night at 11:44pm to get my daughter something to eat we get home. She takes a bite out of Her burger and it’s raw. I did call back and I let them know what happened. They told me to come back the next day and they will give me a free burger. My question is how is it free if I already paid for it and why are they’re serving raw burgers I asked for my money back he asked for a receipt. He couldn’t give me the full amount because I didn’t have the receipt even though I showed him the bank account this is not acceptable. This is ridiculous Manager didn’t know how to Handel this situation. I get it It’s a fast food place. but we went at a time that there was no rush-hour. What excuse do they have? This is outrageous. This is so upsetting. Don’t come here unless u want to get food poisoning.

I came in before work so it was early. My coffee was a bit too sweet for my liking, went back and Cynthia was very attentive. She was able to fix it and made it better. Definitely very friendly and patient. It was nice to see that even though it was early and she was busy, she managed to make it right and maintain composure under pressure. I appreciate her patience and good vibes. Made my day!

After years of being able to customize my food all of a sudden this place wants to start charging for any kind of extra sauce ! I ordered the spicy sandwich with EXTRA sauce tell me why this is what extra looks like! If yall are going to be charging make sure it reflects on the food! Otherwise it is stealing!
