When we got to the resturaunt they took way too long to seat us with not that many people there. I thought to myself maybe they’re short staffed so I didn’t make a big deal. w
We get seated after a good 15mins and after about 30mins of just sitting there without anyone even take our drinks or asks if we are ok or need anything i told my wife and kids to go elsewhere. I dont think ill ever back to this restaurant and it sucks because we literally live like 4mins away. -10 on service it SUCKS!!!

Jewels was our server. I just had surgery and have never been to this restaurant before. This was the best experience I have ever had! Jewels was Kind, Respectful, and was the only person I have ever met at a restaurant willing to work with me on my order. What I mean is when I got confused or asked a simple question she did not judge me or give me an attitude or made me feel stupid. She kindly explained things and I appreciate her for this. Sometimes I am slow at understanding what things are or meant to be. I hope she becomes a manager and spreads this kind of Workattitude. Thank you Jewels! Also the food suggestions she gave we tried and we loved it!

-10 doesn’t deserve one star. service is horrible. Was there for 3 hours, didn’t get our food for 2 and waited for check for 1 hour. Servers name was Darntoya and not once a refill. Got told there would be discount but there wasn’t. Do better, just horrible.

Went to eat here last night, with a group of friends. It was only six of us, and they had to sit us in the patio section. The hostess took us to our tables. Our waitress (don’t remember her name but she was dressed as harry potter) came to our table 20 minutes after being sat down and said “Are y’all ready?” mind you she hadn’t even taken our drink orders. So we go ahead an order and about 20 minutes later she brings 4/6 drinks, I had to ask for the other 2 drinks to which she says “what were they?” and took another 5 min to bring those. Our food did not come out until 1 hour of us ordering and it was cold. She rarely came to check on us and around midnight we were done waiting on her to come so one of us went to go ask for our checks and to go boxes and she was talking to 2 guys at the bar 🙂 Our friends who were paying cash left the cash with the check but people with card had no way of paying for the tab so we went to go look for her and she’s nowhere to be found. So we had to get cash from our friends. Terrible service from the beginning. A manager stresses out bc a server was leaving early. We thought it was going to be busy bc it was Halloween but the main dining area and the bar were both half empty most of the night. Safe to say we won’t be eating here again (we would dine here every Friday night).

Honestly we come here because my husband likes the boneless wings. I like traditional but feel they are small and overpriced. There was a special on boneless which he got I tried them and still a no for me,way too much breading and sauce you can’t taste chicken. I got the brisket burger which burgers are a first here for me first 2 bites really tasty after that no brisket to be found. Fries are just everyday cheap fries that are nasty when getting cold.Ranch dressing is the cheapest, and the nastiest!Server was great and friendly. When we got there it was almost 5 and they tried to put us at a table in a packed room, noway I was sitting there, asked for a booth and she checked and came back and placed us in the other empty section by the take out register counter. The area soon had other patrons sat in there. Even with few people in there no games playing it is loud

If you ever get this bald server, just know you are gonna be there for a while. I asked for my appetizer while I was getting the drinks and he just straight up told me no. And he never came to check on the table until we said something to another server.

I really love this location, the staff was amazing and was very helpful with my order… Special thanks to you Yaya for the outstanding customer service… I ordered some garlic parmesean, teriyaki, medium hot wings with fries and onion rings… The food was fresh and hot everything was great and I will definitely be back for sure… The food is definitely a must try for sure ❤️

Enjoyed my time here.
Got the awesome deal of 2 for 1 so got double the amount of boneless wings and ended up trying 5 different flavours which was awesome.
Drinks were good and the environment was pretty chilled.
Staff were friendly and nice.
Definitely recommend taking a trip there.

I’ve been here like five times already, and every single time they hit me with the same tragic story — one microscopic drop of sauce for ten wings.
I’m talking one single atom of flavor per bite.
At this point I’m convinced they’re running a sauce conservation program or something.
Like… are they milking one bottle since 2020? Do they have to apply for sauce loans?
I came for wings, not for emotional damage.
