We went to House 1830 for our anniversary. Food was excellent. We started off with the sampler. Included fried spring rolls, small crepes with a shrimp and beef skewers. The spring rolls were our favorite. My wife ordered the Bo Luc Lac. The steak was delicious and perfectly cooked. I ordered the honey ginger chicken. It was really good. It reminded me of a bourbon chicken. Good food and lovely atmosphere makes it a great restaurant to come visit. For dessert we had the coffee flan. This was amazing. Drinks were also really good.

Wow! This experience was phenomenal. Their food was so fresh and well prepared. I loved the unique Cha Gio spring rolls. The seafood pho was flavorful. So was their honey ginger chicken. Will definitely want to experience this again.

I am not one to ever take time to write reviews.. but.. what an absolutely unexpected time filled with drool-worthy food, hidden creativity and much underlying meaning!! My husband and I and our friends came in being a little overwhelmed by the menu but went with “The Favorite Nephew” platter and when I say this food was immaculate, I mean it. Everyone at our table was full and the food was so flavorful with tastes you won’t find anywhere else in Northwest Arkansas.
Beyond the quality of food, the business is ran by family. The owner specifically was such a delight, he took the time to bring our friends’ kid a toy and shared the intention between the menu, name of the restaurant, color and so so much more that you’ll have to figure out. Truly 10/10 experience.

Enjoyed an amazing lunch today at House 1830. The food, the flavors were exquisite! I had the BANH XEO “BUN-SAY-O”, and my husband had the PAD KRA PROW “PUTT CRA PROW”. Dessert was sublime… PANDAN COCONUT WAFFLES. The service was both friendly and excellent. Will definitely be back when opportunity allows. So many more options on the menu to try.

A friend had been raving to me about House 1830’s phenomenal Vietnamese food for months, so when we finally had the chance to visit the city, this spot went straight to the top of our list.
We arrived around 5:30 pm on a weekday, and to our surprise, it wasn’t busy yet. The space felt cozy yet spacious, and the moment we walked in, we were hit with the heavenly aroma of Thai jasmine rice drifting from the kitchen—it immediately sparked our appetite. Even better, the open kitchen meant we could smell every dish as it was being cooked, making us hungrier with every passing minute.

• Bentonville Hills & Hollar Amber Lager
A smooth, slightly dense beer with refreshing notes. It felt like something between an IPA and a classic lager—flavorful but not overwhelming. I really enjoyed it.
• House Sampler
A trio that set the tone for the night.
• BBQ Pork Skewer: Juicy, tender pork with just the right amount of char on the outside. The sweet-savory BBQ glaze paired with a sprinkle of sesame seeds made it addictively good. Fresh cabbage on the side balanced everything perfectly.
• Shrimp on Lettuce: This one was magical. Perfectly cooked shrimp wrapped in crisp lettuce, dipped into a sauce that delivered sweet, savory, and refreshing flavors all at once. Every bite was a flavor explosion.
• Fried Spring Rolls: Classic and flawless. Golden, crispy shells with juicy, veggie-packed interiors. Dip them in the sauce, and they jumped to a whole new level.
• Wings Trio
Three flavors, all fried to perfection—crispy outside, juicy inside.
• Sticky Wings: Sweet and savory glaze that coated the chicken beautifully.
• Spicy Wings: Brought the heat in the best way—starting subtle but leaving a lingering kick.

The star of the evening. The aroma alone took us back to our childhood nights of grabbing crispy fried bites from a Taiwanese 鹹酥雞 (salt & crispy chicken) stand. The tofu was perfection: crispy and bouncy on the outside, soft and almost melting inside. Pan-fried onions and chives gave the dish an aromatic punch, filling in beautifully where basil usually would. Every bite hit that nostalgic, salty-satisfying spot.
By the end of the meal, we were completely hooked. Every dish we tried was thoughtfully made, full of flavor, and unique in its own way. If you’re looking for fantastic Southeast Asian food, House 1830 is a must-visit. We’re already planning our next trip back—there’s so much more we want to try!

We started with the spring rolls, garden salad rolls, and wings. All of them were fantastic. For our main course, my wife and I had lunch entrees that were flavorful, beautifully presented, and exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, every bite and sip was a 10 out of 10.

Absolutely divine. I’m so glad that Rogers’s growth has included great restaurants like this one. I was immediately captivated by the atmosphere, well decorated and full of friendly staff. One of the owners excitedly greeted us and told us the story of the restaurant after we were seated. They gave great explanations of the menu items and gave recommendations as well.
We started with the house sampler. All of it was tasty but we especially enjoyed the Cha Gio and the Bo Xien Tam. Highly recommend either of these. For my entree, I went with the Suea Rong Hai. It was one of those dishes that is so delicious I was thinking about it for days afterwards. The sauce adds some good heat without being too spicy. It’s a good sized portion so getting this AND the sampler we found we bit off a little more than we could chew (as opposed to getting one of the starters). Loved every bite though.

After we were seated, the owner’s wife had stopped at our table to ask if we had been there before. When we shared that we weren’t, she explained about the family and cuisine served. She gave us some background along with recommendations, and she showed us how to find their secret menu which changes periodically.
We ordered several different items from appetizers to entrees and we even tried the pineapple fried rice from the secret menu. Everything was fresh and delicious!
For our appetizer, we ordered the House Sampler. We ended up bringing some home because there was plenty to share with extras left over. The Mini Bahn Xeo was my favorite, and I crushed the mint leaf to rub on top. When dipped into the sauce, all of the flavors just complemented one another so well. The Bo Xiem Tam also was excellent with tasty seasoning and perfectly prepared. My husband enjoyed the Cha Gio, too. If looking to try multiple options, you won’t go wrong with this sampler.
Our entrees chosen were: Bun Thit Nuong (husband) and Pra Sam Rod (me). He enjoyed his meal and shared that it all tasted good. My sea bass dish was outstanding.
