Our server, Nicole, was by far the best. She was very attentive to ALL of her tables, making sure everyone had everything they needed. She made the atmosphere really relaxed. The food was delicious. We ordered calamari, shrimp, chicken & gnocchi, toscana, and the never-ending pasta (5 cheese and Alfredo). Everything was made so well. Would come back again for different items on the menu.

This is for the catering order that I got of chicken Parmesan, spaghetti marinara and salad with breadsticks. The chicken was overly salty, and the spaghetti noodles were apparently cooked in unsalted water, making the spaghetti relatively tasteless. Salad was well packaged. Not sure I will order catering from here again. (Also, they called me to confirm the number of plates, bowls, etc., and then gave me half the number of bowls, no eating utensils (serving utensils were nicely included), and no napkins. Sheesh!)

I was extremely disappointed for many reasons, but it was the food that did it for me. I finally had to say something. My waiter apologized although it wasn’t his fault.
Employees were discussing there personal issues with work related things. The management at 3pm needs to get the team on the same page.
The table was sticky and dirty. Had to ask if they can clean it. The bill had an error. They fixed it.
My pasta also was salty and sloppy. Had spaghetti and fettuccine noodles mixed.
It was just a bad experience which is a shame because its the nearest Olive Garden to my house.
My waiter did try to make it right but I already had told myself I’m writing my experience.
Lastly the entrance glass doors are dirty. A simple wipe down could help make customers feel the kitchen is clean.

I never been so disappointed as I was today. We took our family out to eat and we chose this place. We ordered our food and the first plates we got where dirty, I let the young lady know she apologized, but when she returned she came with new plates stating they are just stained due to going through water, honestly they looked like the same plates just rinsed off. I let it go but couldn’t enjoy my food after that but my kids and husband where eating enjoying the food to me this is my family I just cant let the stains go after and she seemed as if she was annoyed at this point. I still tipped her less than usual due to the overall service. Just do better we came to spend money here when it could of been somewhere else.

Excellent experience at Olive Garden. Everything was perfect from start to finish—the food was delicious, the restaurant was clean, and the atmosphere was great. Our server Audia was amazing: very friendly, attentive, and always made sure we had everything we needed. She truly made our visit special.

Not prepared for business I would say, I came here on a Saturday night which I understand is busy since it’s a weekend, was told 25-30 minutes but quickly realized they were saying that to every group that came in no matter how many or the size, nonetheless I waited about 40-45 minutes, my main concern however was the food and speed of service, waited a long while which I understand is busy so I just hoped food would be great but however the food was definitely not worth the wait, the gnocchi soup was swarmed with pieces of chicken, I felt like I had more chicken than actual soup and had to take all the chicken out just to get to the broth. After that were the entrees, the Alfredo and chicken pasta was absolutely drenched in sauce which felt like it had more than the soup previously, it was swimming in sauce, had to send it back because I could barely see where any of the pasta even was. Moving on to the five cheese pasta with Angel hair, this pasta again was sauce heavy but more importantly seemed like there must have not been a cook in the kitchen that ever cooked angel hair in they’re lives because the pasta was hard as rocks all around the edges of the plate almost as if having a pizza crust. This place although I understand is difficult to manage during a busy dinner rush does not seem to be ready for weekend business or any busy time ahead of them as they seem to lack the skills and abilities to check the quality of they’re FOOD and work during busy times.

My experience at the restaurant was excellent. Audia provided outstanding service from start to finish, she was kind, friendly, attentive, and very professional. She truly pays attention to every detail and made sure everything was perfect. I’ve had good service here before, but this was by far my best experience thanks to her. She really stands out and made the visit memorable.

Stingy with the noodles. The last time i ordered the noodles made it to the top now there’s a whole thumb gap. For a 20$ plate i expected more but thank you for reminding me not to buy from here again
