This is our first time to this location. We ordered two pizza’s. The Chicken Club and Louisiana Hot Sausage with mushrooms. The pizza’s were great. The staff is very nice and the inside of the restaurant was very clean. The Mountain Mike’s near us has not been good. This is our new location.

We had ordered pizza as a New Years Day convenience.
Our pizza arrived 30 min. late without a phone call.
The pizza was also wrong. We had ordered 1/2 chicken pizza with BBQ sauce and 1/2 crisp pepperoni with pizza sauce.
When the pizza arrived late, the whole pizza was doused with BBQ sauce and half of the chicken pizza was stuck to the box along with the cheese.
We will stick with Pizza Guys, moving forward.

Tried placing an order and was placed on hold for over 15 min. The call ended with me being disconnected. I made a second attempt to call back and was transferred to an answering machine. As I left a brief message explaining the difficulty I had getting through I was again disconnected. I tried calling a third time where it said the line was busy. This has happened in the past and we’ve ended up going in and placing our order. To our shock, the calls just aren’t being taken and they aren’t busy. I ended up calling Pizza Guys and they were prompt in answering my call.

Toni was amazing. She was patient and kind to kids. Helped with everyone’s needs and seemed like she had control of the chaos. We brought in a group of soccer girls on a Monday night. Went from dead inside to around 30 people and like 25 pizzas ordered. It was still fast and tasted great.

I walked in to see one of the employees tieing her shoe on the counter where they box pizza, without cleaning or wiping it down after, gross and unsanitar, and between her and the other employee working I got no acknowledgement or greeting and waited 5 minutes before anyone helped me. Customer service for most young people has really gone down hill and it’s a real turn off for going out.
