Absolutely a horrible experience! I started in the outer lane in the drive thru but after 3 other vehicles went through the inner lane and my presence wasn’t even acknowledged, we decided to go inside. Once they gave us our food, they didn’t include the drinks. When I opened my meal in my vehicle I went to pick up my sandwich and the bottom bun was missing. How do you miss the other half of a bun???? The girls inside had no customer service skills and left a bunch of customers in the lobby with out any acknowledgement.

The service at this McDonald’s location leaves something to be desired. The food is hot and made to order. The managers straight lie to people asking for soda refills saying that they no longer offer any refills. They also told me one time that they no longer have free water cups. Straight lies. Bathrooms are usually clean. Plenty of parking with wheelchair accessible parking. I do recommend this location for the food which is good. They usually get the orders correct. This location has a play place for the kids which is in good working order.

This is possibly the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I travel the country for a living and have been to HUNDREDS of McDonald’s. Today’s debacle, I’m in the area for a few months, involved me being asked to wait for “just dropped fries”. I waited and was handed a bag with medium fries. I ordered Large fries so I circled the building, went inside, and explained the situation. I was then handed a bag containing my original order. When I jumped on the freeway I opened the bag and the fries where ice cold after I was told I was waiting on hot fries. I had my wife call and it took over 30 minutes before someone answered. The lady/girl that answered said she would take care of it and our name is on a list.
I went back later that night and not only did she not put me on a list but was given more ice cold fries and a hard bunned sloppy Big Mac after paying for the meal without the “list” acknowledgement. The owner needs to check his store and bring it up to standard.

Joanna hands down some of the best customer service I have ever experienced in fast food since being in Tucson 3 years now. The food wasn’t the best I got soggy fries but Joanna, girl deserves better than this fast food joint. Signed the woman with the boy who wanted coffee at 8pm

I recently visited the McDonald’s at the Tucson Marketplace, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The location was not clean, and the general hygiene standards were below expectations. The customer service was also lacking, with staff appearing untrained and even aggressive when handling food.
Additionally, there was significant disorganization. When we arrived at the window, the staff seemed confused about our order, and they forgot essential items like straws. This lack of attention to detail and overall disarray made the visit frustrating.
Given the prime location, I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and implements the necessary improvements. Customers deserve a consistent, pleasant experience, and I hope to see positive changes soon.

Placed mobile at about 10:30pm. I made sure to check the closing times for location and said open lobby 12am and drive thru closed at 1am. When I went to pick up order, I was told that they where closed. Even though I placed my order and app said they where open. I was advised at the window that they could make one of the meals, but due to closing the grills for “visitor’s ” i could either get credit and get my sons for next day or refund? I ended up getting refund and had to go to Another McDonald’s Just to get the order I placed for my son for dinner.

Meat not cooked on several burgers, manager was rude when we requested new burgers. Told me we need to order them well done when we place the order. Ordered one qp no cheese, got cheese and raw burger. New order another raw burger. Next order to replace special order, meat done but order condiments wrong. Plus the lobby dining area was dirty.

I waited in line for fifteen minutes for a $5 meal deal customized my order and was met with poor customer service and horrible food. My sandwich was covered in mayo and lettuce when I asked for light t lettuce and Mayo as ketchup and pickles which was missing as well. My fries were half filled straight out of the bag and I honestly thought they were dumped in the bag but not one is there and the nuggets look like someone smashed it and served it . This is for my child Would you feed it to yours ?

Very dirty. Also, staff members are unreachable when needed upfront, I understand they want to utilize kiosks and online ordering but they never give you ketchup or sauces so i went up front and I waited for ever go get someone to give me my dipping sauce. By the time I got a grumpy employee, my food was cold.

I think the staff are very patient here. They have many things to do surely but people still have complaints like why it is so pate and things like that. Well, i think both of them have their reasons but i also saw the restrooms clean, everything clean so I am pretty pleased and giving 5 stars to this branch.
I took deluxe chicken burger and it was good enough for lunch for me.
