Whoa… I have never been to this cousins and I will not come back. I walk in and two guys are waiting for their food. No one in line. Two women behind the counter. The one that looks like the manager or lead, white lady, nose ring, dark hair in bun, black glasses, not in cousins uniform…. Doesn’t greet me, I’m given no direction… and I say “I’m picking up for…….” She interrupts me and says hold on or something along those lines. I go and sit and wait with the guys and when they are ready for me she just looks at me and I’m like “picking up for Maria”. It was $100 order. I don’t want to give this store my money if they don’t appreciate me. I can’t believe how under appreciated I was. No “give us a sec while we finish this up” or anything. No greeting, no guidance, nothing. Will not be back. Horrible customer service.
I would name the name on my receipt but they didn’t give me one and she wasn’t wearing a name tag. Friday 12/10/25 1:30pm

Our order was RIGHT! And delicious! The kid who took it and made it was flying solo at that moment, too, as his coworker was on break. He should be commended! We left my debit card there and by the time I called the manager had already put it away. Thanks Cousins!

worst cousins subs i’ve ever been to. Soggy bread on one sub and stale on the other. Cucumbers were mushy and smelled rancid. Pickles were also mushy. I got no mayo on my subs and fries were forgotten.
Only good thing was the cookie.

The ONLY great experience was the cashier Iyana! I got her name from the receipt. She was super kind, patient and extremely helpful. What a great face and personality to have greeting customers! The manager working with her tho who was making our subs was the COMPLETE opposite! Just super unpleasant. The bread was rough, lettuce was not green and the subs weren’t made right. Ingredients were missing and made super sloppy! But, Thank You Iyana for being you hun! People don’t know what a smile and a positive attitude can do sometimes!

I will never go to this location again .. I do not like the way certain employees treat other employees.. they were very rude to him and also rude to I and my girlfriend as customers.. it is not right and they should be dismissed from employment immediately

Paid for bacon and double meat and cheese. Received neither. Soup bowl is 3/5 filled as well. Didn’t put cheese on my kids sandwich that I added.. either someone can’t read in this store, or the manager accepts this behavior. Never again.

The cousins subs on Oklahoma and hwy 100 is terrible. I ordered online, 20 minutes before I arrived to “avoid waiting”. I arrived two minutes after it was supposed to be ready then proceeded to wait another 30 minutes for them to make my order. All this AFTER I gave them a 15% tip online. Never again

Why can’t I get my sandwich made the way I order it? Who ever is making my sandwich is ignoring the way I ordered my sandwich. Do I have to order from subway to get my order right?
