It’s fine if you’re not in any hurry bc it’s definitely not “fast” food.
The restaurant seems clean, and I liked that I can go up into the play area and retrieve my kiddo without difficulty if I need to, but please please PLEASE fix the service speed.
There looked to be about ten people in the back with hardly a person manning the front. You have to wait 20-30 minutes for every little thing bc staff just stare at you before going back into the kitchen and ignoring you. The lobby fills up repeatedly with people waiting… Waiting for their food… Waiting for napkins… Waiting for soda refills… Waiting for someone to unlock the bathroom… Waiting for any kind of acknowledgement. Is it really that much trouble to put silverware and napkins out so that the public can access them without standing around? I understand cutting costs and theft by moving back items to the kitchen, but it’s clear that the drive-thru is the priority of this location.

Poor service asked for three patties got two. Had the employee express he was going to add an extra and didn’t follow through. Poor customer service, if you can call it that. Unfortunately it’s all automated and no human contact. Fries half filled and spilled over in the bag. Would never purchase from here again.

Tonight is Halloween and the store was busy, we waited 20 min in the pick up parking spot. So I went inside to get our food. Turns out, my wife’s quarterpounder was raw. They need some help obviously. Let’s hope they get it turned around sooner than later

I do not like how impersonal it is. The kiosks take longer than ordering from an actual person. When I needed a cup of water, I was ignored. When I got my order, they didn’t give us hashbrowns. I went to go ask for them and had to wait for someone to acknowledge me in the back. I saw someone walk toward the front and look straight at me when I asked for assistance. He turned away from me. Another employee finally acknowledged me and gave me the hashbrowns. I asked for another cup of water near the end of our meal, and again was ignored. The employee heard me, then went to the bags and started prepping for drive through orders. It would be so much easier if the drink despenser were available so we could refill our drinks.
If an employee would have not walked out of the bathrooms when we were needing to go in, I would have been waiting at the counter for someone to give attention to us, which could have caused an accident for my daughter.
The employees here treat you like an inconvenience.

Place is a hell of a mess !!! We just wanted to enjoy a dine in one time only at McDonald’s instead of drive thru and never again. They even messed up our order. I don’t know if it’s because it’s young people but come on yall can clean the place up. It’s RIDICULOUS !! Corporate needs to definitely check this out. If the outside dine in is this dirty, I can only imagine the back kitchen… I took pics of some of it but there is much more.

Worst McDonald’s in the area. Never gets delivery order right and takes forever. I sat in curbside for 25 mins for one breakfast sandwich. I hate when it chooses this location for delivery. Half empty large fries, missing items..

So I tried to place an order thru Uber Eats at 1am because I got the munchies. I call the location and they tell me the kitchen is closed for cleaning at 1am? Unacceptable and no excuse, kitchen cleaning when I worked food service was done between 3am and 4am.
I called again and I’m like this is unacceptable because I was hungry and trying to place an order and the dude that answered was like it’s the same dude and then just hanged up on me.
That was very rude and disrespectful, train the staff better and organize a better time for cleaning.

It went from there old playground to there new one! My kids liked it a lot more, it was nice and for the most part cleaned, just the floors can use some good mopping in the play land area. The reason why I put 3 stars for service was because you can’t pay up front with someone on the register no more, they don’t have the barcodes on the table no more where you can order faster, so you have to use the kiosk now. But other than that we had a good experience!

This is one of the disorganized McDonald’s locations. Both screens to order do not work, I been here 4x, and they make me wait extra long before I say my order. Whether it’s very busy or I am the only car in the drive-thru it takes very long to get 1 burger. I only get 1 quarter pounder that’s all, imagine a family size order, yikes.
