After school pick up decided on ordering through the app for drive thru pick up. It was not busy, we were the first car in the drive thru and one pulled up while we were at the pick up window. When checking the bag I honestly just do an item count so we had all items ordered. When I got home and opened the bag I realized that my QPC wasn’t correct and then realized the number was from a different order. NGL we always order from the app, and my wife does it on her phone so I’ve paud attention to the numbers on the items. I called and was told I had to bring the item back to get the correct item or a refund. So I’d have to turn around and go back making the entire order cold or bring the kid home and then go back, making my whole order cold. When mentioning that to the employee on the phone the response was well you can bring it back another day for a refund. Of course I’m not going to have the home family’s order cold and gross, and they wouldn’t remake the whole order so the whole order was fresh for the inconvenience of having to go back for thier mistake. There’s always something wrong with at least one item when we order – Usually its something was left on that wasn’t supposed to be so removing it is annoying but its easy to do. But the order I got was basically a plain cheeseburger with pickles instead of a QPC and the items that make it a QPC.

I ordered breakfast with a large hot mocha coffee. I knew it felt light so I looked inside.The cup was half full of coffee and quarter full of whipped cream. When I brought it to there attention she pointed to the three-quarter mark on the cup and said it was filled up to there. It was not. She told me they pushed the large button. So if that’s the case they are not only ripping me off but everyone who orders the hot specialty coffees. There prices are already to high. Now they have to screw you on the amount. DO BETTER MCDONALD’S

It’s a McDonald’s, I mean, there’s not much more to it. However, I ordered a McFlurry and have ALWAYS been able to get extra Oreo in a cup to the side and just pay $1-ish. This has never been an issue at other McDonald’s. This one though, pretty much yelled at me and said it wasn’t possible but they’ll “make an exception for me this single time”. So, it’s not possible at all, but you can and the extra charge AND fill the extra cup with Oreo? I think it’s possible then. It’s Holiday, though. Trashy staff that are rude. If I had a closer one, I’d go there tenfold over this one.

Michael served me and had exceptional customer service. I have a specific food allergy so he was able to make sure that my burger was made properly and he took his time to make sure it was done.

I have been going to this McDonald’s for a long time and I always order the same exact thing. I get a Mcdouble 5 dollar meal with either a large Sprite or a large Dr Pepper and Honey mustard. For my burger, I always get extra cheese on the Mc double no onion, no pickle and extra salt/pepper. Every single time I order they always forget the cheese. I don’t know how they can forget when it says extra cheese on the board and on the paper now I wouldn’t mind but the extra cheese is $.89. Cents. Today I ordered my meal and again they forgot my cheese. Now I never throw a big hissy fit or get mad because I understand and I just ask them to remake it So today, I asked them to remake it and when I got it back, it was the same burger with a piece of cheese just Slapped on it. Now I could’ve just walked away and taken it, but it’s the principle of do your job. I told the manager that I wanted It remade that they just slapped a piece of cheese On it rather than remaking it. I get the burger back again and this time it is smooshed together, coated and salt and pepper To wear, nobody could eat it and mustard and ketchup all over. They did it to be petty, which I did not like very well. I’m a very nice person so again I said this needs to be remade. This is not fair. The manager “tui” came back with a burger and a free fry and told me she watched them make my burger. I believed her and when I got home, I looked at my burger, and I had three pieces of cheese, no extra salt, pickle and onion, and the oldest burger patty they had. Either they need to get new cooks and fire the old ones or have the ones working there get their crap together and do their job. It’s not that hard to read what people want on their burger and do do it. That’s why you got hired at McDonald’s. I took the button off the The burger to show the burger in the photo.

Waited over 20 minutes for 4 drinks, just to be told upon receiving 2 of them after waiting the said 20 mins, that they did not have the other item in stock. That’s something you generally tell someone when the order is placed not after they wait 20 mins for it. Then the manager lady who refunded me cause I went there SPECIFICALLY for the item they didn’t have, gave me an attitude.
I realize places get busy, I work in food service myself and when someone orders something we don’t have insurance tell them immediately, or call them if its an online order. It’s just common courtesy for people’s time.

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST!!! No wonder the reviews are so bad. I ordered the Spicy Crispy Meal. The fries were half empty. Few strands of lettuce. Chicken was rubber. Only thing they got right was the diet coke. The manager “Melinda” should DEFINITELY NOT BE IN management. Her customer service skills are the worst I’ve encountered. Come on McDonald’s. This location is in dire need of help. STEP #1 Fire Melinda and hire a competent manager with better customer service skills.
