Such a sweet store to shop at. Plus my guy absolutely loves their cookies & I just fell in love with their new strawberry matcha cookies. Although I’ll need to go back soon to pick up some more. Cause I definitely don’t want to run out, they are what I’d consider melt in your mouth kind of happiness. There’s some cute keepsake merch in there too. So I’m looking forward to my next shopping spree:)

10 days ago, on our last day of Maui. My brother in law texted my wife asking us to get him HONOLULU COOKIES. Because IT’S THE BEST COOKIES EVER! So we drove to the shops of Wailea and got him his cookies.
We were in love with Honolulu Cookies! I for sure didn’t wanna leave. We loved the free samples! It gives you an idea of what you’re buying. ALL COOKIES WERE DELICIOUS. Their limited edition Jasmine cookie was surprisingly DELICIOUS. I wished I bought more!

This is a solid coffee shop located in the Shops in Wailea shopping center. It’s more like a Starbucks, where you get your coffee and leave, as there are only a few tables and chairs inside (besides, you’re in Wailea and you should be outside, not inside!). The coffee was good, but I only go the drip. It’s located on the upper most level and closer to Wailea Alanui Dr. You can get free 1 hour parking, and I think you get validated for another hour if you buy something over a certain amount.

I love this store! The store owner was super nice and let us try a flavor that wasn’t available for sampling (they have samples too!). Any of the mini cookies are the bomb. We got the last one of the ginger spice mini cookies. Perfect gift for the holidays.

Really, it’s all my fault. Why did I think an acai bowl would be good at a coffee shop? If you’re looking for acai, find another place. I’ve had acai all over this island and this was the worst. It’s tiny, comes out of the freezer pre-made, and the dry toppings are stale. At least the employee was nice.

Wanted to buy a few boxes as souvenirs. Staff were polite, but when we asked about getting a second bag, just to hold the cookies separately, we were denied. They stuffed 5 boxes in one SMALL bag, when it would have been more appropriate to put them in 2 small bags or 1 big bag. The bag ended up being distorted from over stuffing. Poor customer service on their part. I initially thought twice about buying more for ourselves but changed my mind. Not sure if this is standard service across all Honolulu cookie company shops, or just this one.
Update: I contacted customer service who not only apologized and sent me a more appropriate bag size accordingly, but they also sent me some cookies. I’ve since changed my review to 4 stars, minus 1 for the original issue. Overall, the cookies are delicious, the presentation is fancy, but their customer service could have been better initially. This is a company that’s half taste, and half experience/quality.

This place was located close to our resort which was nice so we stopped in so I could grab some cookies. They had some really good flavors and the cookies tasted quite fresh which is always a good thing. The nice thing is they allow you to choose your own assortment of flavors. One of the nice things is that we were able to pick a box in which all of our purchase price went to help those who live in Lahaina. Friendly service and great cookies make this place a can’t miss if you need to satisfy your sweet tooth.
