Ajo Als Mexican Restaurant was absolutely amazing. Every bite of the food was full of flavor and cooked to perfection. The mushroom enchiladas with beef were some of the best I have ever had, and the ground beef tacos were amazing. The dishes felt fresh, authentic, and made with care. Lauren provided such wonderful service and made our visit even more special. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome. We left with big smiles and full bellies. This is definitely on our A-List!

The service was excellent. Our server checked on us every 15 minutes. One of the patrons in our group didn’t like that her drink was too strong the hostess changed it right away. She was friendly and responsive. They also have a point system where you can earn free food and coupons. The atmosphere was clean and appealing. Many people go for drinks. We had taco Tuesday at Ajo Al’s. The shredded beef was very tender with a very light spice in the meat The side of beans was typical. They charge for Soda Water I don’t understand why, but I won’t go back because of that.

Not bad. We got the carne asada burrito. It wasn’t bad. Although it was nothing to rave about. The burrito had a good amount of guacamole in it which was good. The meat was soft and tender but It needed some spice. The size of the burrito was a bit small for the price of $20. The burrito came with rice and beans.
Overall the meal was a bit underwhelming. The rewards program seems interesting if you’re into that kind of thing. This is the kind of place you can bring the grandparents.

Pearls with Plaid
My husband found this place. Too bad for him because I think I’m going to marry Ajo Al! Seriously, the service is fantastic. As soon as we sat down a platter of chips and salsa was brought to us. Not a bowl, a platter. Then the house margaritas- which are also great. I ended up with the chicken burro enchilada style with beans (fabulous) and calabacitas. Everything was so delicious. My only problem was I had to stop eating because my plate was empty. Please go, enjoy your food, the comfortable seating, the service, the drinks…I could go on. But remember ladies, Ajo Al is mine! Lol
