I don’t know how they did this but I had an absolutely amazing meal. Waffle house is always good and consistent, but this was exceptional and outstanding. The staff was wonderful. They were interactive having a good time. Making sure the customers were engaged. I just can’t say enough good stuff about this place. The food was delicious until I found a bug in it. That’s honestly disgusting, and the fact that the waitress didn’t even take the food off the ticket or at least give us a discount.. that’s insane. I mean seriously, that’s not very nice. I understand it’s not their fault but at least compensate. Will not be coming again.

I had the absolute best experience at Waffle House! I initially planned to just grab a waffle and coffee to go, but as soon as I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by Dineisha. Her enthusiasm and charm immediately drew me in, and I couldn’t resist staying for a full meal.
Dineisha, my waitress, who humorously referred to herself as a “Salesperson,” (which is on her tag) asked if it was my first visit. When I mentioned that my brother had raved about the waffles but not the chicken, she encouraged me to dine in. I’m so glad I did! The atmosphere was cozy, and while it started out with just a handful of patrons, by the time I left, it was buzzing with energy.
Now, let’s talk about the waffle! It was buttery, savory, and absolutely delightful—perfectly portioned and cooked to perfection. While I couldn’t try the chicken due to my pescatarian diet, Dineisha made a strong case for it, and I could tell that the flavors must be amazing.
Dineisha is truly a manager in the making; her strong communication skills and genuine warmth shine through in every interaction.
I was also impressed by my waitress, Mel —sorry, my “Salesperson”! She was polite, friendly, and fantastic with kids. I witnessed her engaging with a little girl, showing just how great she is at connecting with customers of all ages.
One thing to note: the conversations between the cooking staff were loud and hilarious! I found myself laughing at their banter—whether it was just me eavesdropping or if they were a bit boisterous, it certainly added to the lively atmosphere.
Overall, my experience at Waffle House was exceptional. I can’t wait to return and try more from the menu—Highly recommend!

Had a really great experience today there. The food was soooo good and our waitress was phenomenal!! It was busy, but didn’t have any wait time. The entire staff truly were amazing!

It’s been a couple years since I have visited this restaurant and I noticed that they were doing remodeling over the last month. I stopped in this morning and was greeted when I came in. Blue and I sat down at a corner table and were served very quickly. The restaurant seemed very well kept and was very clean! The coffee was delicious, as usual and once my meal arrived, it was delicious as well! I really like the way they redid the restaurant and I’m definitely coming back here for more delicious breakfast food!

Dirty, waitress had 0 personality. Literally said 4 words the whole time. She walked up and said “what do you want” she Didnt even return the good morning. The food had black grease all over it. When I paid I said thank you, her response was mmhmmm.

My review in Solely based on Customer service and the food!
Ok so boom! my family and I were just passing through when I saw my favorite restaurant!! (Yes it’s Waffle House judge ya mama not me) ! Anyway! I tried calling but that’s not an option anymore so I ordered online. I order 2gg and grits meal. So of course you can’t add an extra egg. So I went on in to see if I could pay for an extra egg and boom! yup I could! lol everyone was very pleasant and they had a good vibe. I spoke with Jeremy (he reminds me of Rob Schneider ) and he made sure my order was good. Sonny whipped that meal up like it’s his normal wake up routine. He says that things like (my order happens all the time)There was a young lady in there who greeted me with a wonderful smile. I didn’t get to get her name but she was the only female there at that time so she knows who she is. There was also a younger cat with a nose ring. Ge said he liked my singing voice . All in all I was very tired/a bit frustrated because we had been in the road for a couple of hours from D.C back to Atlanta, Ga. It’s the little things/ the simple things. A smile here, a complement there, all the way up to making sure my meal was 100%correct. Thank yall so much. I don’t believe in coincidences. Not all did you feed my stomach but you feed my spirit.

The steak was tender considering it was frozen. The servers were constantly complaining about getting credit card tips that they had to wait 3 days for. The cook forgot the cheese for our hash browns. Tables were messy. It was almost 40 for me and the wife. Will not return.

My order was a take out order – I ordered the bacon, egg, cheese sandwich. Contents inside of the sandwich were good, BUT my toast was so burnt, on both sides, it ruined my sandwich. Surely the cook saw this before plating it, food is too expensive to give to customers in a suboptimal state! Do better!
