My husband and I used to love Fudruckers. Key words here are “used to”. I wish I could have given 0 stars, because that’s what they deserved. First off, it’s 45 degrees outside and they have the a/c on! And when asked why we were told it was for the people cooking in the back. They didn’t turn it off even though customers were complaining how cold it was in here.
Second, our burgers were aweful!! We ordered them medium. Both come out rare in the middle. And the grease. I literally took napkins and bloated 4 napkins of grease out of my burger. I took my burger back up and said I ordered my burger medium. The cook says, “that is medium. ” I told him twice medium doesn’t have raw meet in the middle. He remade my burger, it went from raw to shoe leather. My husband’s 1/2 lb burger had 1 piece of cheese oh it. So it didn’t even cover the burger.
Whatever you do, DON’T EAT HERE!!!

Our favorite thing is that they have a free cheese pump and there really is nothing better to dip your fries in.
They have a vegetable buffet for you to dress your burgers however you like, same with all of the condiments.
The menu’s prices are for combos, you can get your burger without a fry and drink if you don’t do soda.

Favorite hamburger joint. You can watch it being cooked to order. Fresh veggie bar to build you own burger. Great condiment bar to also customize you food. Hot melted cheese to dip your fries in. Love this place. Wish they were still in my part of Texas.

Service was so slow. Place was not busy at all, but for some reason, you have to stand and wait for a long time, before anyone will take your order. We did not mind waiting. Just thought it was odd.
Food was not as good as I remember it. But still okay. The cheese sauce is off. tasted and looked plastic. Kid friendly environment. Not healthy or diabetic friendly. But a cool place to go with the family. Games and machines in the back. Quarter toy and sticker machines in the front.

We were on our way to a different restaurant when I spotted fuddruckers. I told my kids hey we should eat here these were good when I was a kid. So we stopped in and had a terrible meal.
I will say that the kids chicken strips were actually amazing! However the the three hamburgers were terrible. The three cheese hamburger my son ordered didn’t even have melted cheese on it. The mushroom Swiss burger I ordered was terrible too. The mushrooms were wet and slimy and put a large puddle in my basket and made the bun soggy. Overall the three burgers did not get eaten.

We love fuddruckers and haven’t been to one in over 2 years while traveling the country. We found this one and had to give it a try. As expected we weren’t disappointed. The burgers were great, the sauces were all there and so were all the condiments. The kids were happy they got to get a cookie after. I keep forgetting to see if they have onion rings and if they do then next time I will be getting some. We went the week prior to the season opening for the area and the interior was well maintained and service was great. If we are in the area ever again we will be stopping again.

Well – we used to love Fudruckers. Our experience yesterday was truly horrible. There was a sign on the front door that said they were hiring, so clearly they were short staffed, but if you are short staffed, at least be kind to your patrons. Everyone we encountered that worked there was so rude! When the food finally came after almost an hour, the burgers were nearly burnt. The buns were significantly undercooked, the fries were soggy, and there were so many condiments missing from the bar area. My kids chicken tenders were cold, and they were almost in edible. It was a terrible experience and we are so saddened by that. And of course, we saw several of the employees just sitting in the managers office on their phones. If you are shortstaffed, can you at least make an effort to look busy?

I haven’t been to Fuddruckers in many years because they had all closed. It was better than I remember!! Had a half pound burger, it was absolutely delicious!! I highly recommend!!

Wow there is still one in existence! All the others in and around Kansas City are gone!
Had to visit this one while I was down in Branson and it didn’t disappoint. Did the 1/2 lb. burger and shake combo, medium. It was cooked medium, what a concept! Juicy and delicious as I remember them. Added my own condiments with no hassles. The fries were tasty as well and the shake was fresh and yummy.
The atmosphere was bustling and busy but the restaurant was clean and inviting. The decorations were cool and fun.
The staff was friendly and on their game as well!

They need to change the price rating.
I had a nicely done Hangover, my guest had the Triple Cheese, and one with mushrooms. The potato fries were over seasoned and unevenly done.
The hamburgers were actually pretty good.
Made to order and garnished with what you want in them.
The price for the 4 just a bit over $70.
As the times change and you pay more for less… quality needs to step up.
