Seems like a Hawaiian fast food joint. Food was pretty average and good, considering it’s a fast food joint. The lady was nice taking our order and they even bring the food to you.
Had the Kailua Pig, Teriyaki Chicken, & Steak with white rice, brown rice, & macaroni salad. The white rice was too mushy for my liking, the brown rice was good (had a sweet taste), and the macaroni was 0/5 for me. It really didn’t have any flavor but the texture was good. The chicken was pretty light in flavor and for it being a chicken thigh, it was on the dry side. The steak was the same too. I don’t know if they just pour sauce/juice but it definitely needed the juices on the bottom to help give it the flavor it needed. The Kailua Pig was good too but a bit salty.
Not a bad spot to go to, if you’re in a rush this is a solid spot and the price wasn’t bad.

Some of the best Hawaiian food in the area. Everything was flavorful and well prepared. Steak is a little tough though. That said, I still feel like Pounders in Pensacola has the edge with more generous portions and a slightly fresher taste.

Visiting from Ohio and have heard rave reviews so had to check it out ourselves. The customer service was AMAZING. The speed of the service was unbelievable. Despite the crowd we got our food in under 5 minutes. The meat was so tender and juicy. The rice had just the right flavor and texture. The macaroni salad was to die for. When they heard it was our first time, the gave us complimentary cookies and extra sauces. 10/10 experience will be back tomorrow.

I love this place! We did our first catering order through them and it did not disappoint. The price was fantastic, less than $10 a person, and there was a ton of food left over. The ease of ordering and quick response made it a no brainer to order from them. Esraelia took great care of us!

Went to lunch with my wife and two kids (ages 17 and 9). Our total came to just over $52. The food itself was good — the meats and macaroni salad were both flavorful and enjoyable. However, the steamed vegetables had no seasoning and tasted like a mix of fresh and frozen, lacking any real flavor.
The staff was friendly and helpful, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, during our meal, a man started spraying a very strong chemical onto the rugs and floor. The smell was overwhelming and completely ruined the dining experience. It wasn’t even active cleaning — just spraying, which made it worse.
As for the portions, they were smaller than expected. We all shared, but the amount of rice was tiny, and the overall meal left me still hungry. The food was good quality, and the prices seemed reasonable at first glance, but between the bland veggies, small portions, and intrusive chemical smell, it just didn’t feel worth it.
We don’t regret trying it, but it’s unlikely we’ll return.

We absolutely love this place. Employees at restaurants nowadays either aren’t friendly or are just plain rude. Let me tell you every single employee at this location was genuinely happy and seemed to love being there. How refreshing. I got the teriyaki steak and my husband got the garlic chicken. Both were delicious and filling. I 100% recommend this place and we will come again next time we visit. Thank you to the owners for taking care of your employees, may your establishment be blessed for many years to come.

This restaurant has become my home away from home, the food is beyond incredible, and the staff is beyond friendly. The menu is a masterclass, in the over 30 plates I’ve ordered here every single meat option has blended beautifully with every side option. The rice is so fluffy and pairs really well with the teriyaki sauce. I almost always order the macaroni salad, and it’s the best I’ve ever had, I can’t order it anywhere else because nothing compares to the flavor and texture of the Pounders Mac salad. The portions are perfect, and the price is very reasonable for how much food you get. Pounders Hawaiian Grill Is the single best restaurant I have ever or will ever have the privilege and pleasure of eating at. 11/10 best food in the nation

My fiance went to Maui 10 years ago an when I tell you this girl can find anything to complain about when it comes to food lol, she took one bite of the chicken an went “ughh” she says to me this tastes exactly like the food in Hawaii. As for me I have to agree the food is so delicious. I cannot recall the last time I tasted pulled pork that didn’t even need any sauce added too it. Just plain pulled pork and it was amazing. The steak was tended and flavorful and the rice had the lightest sweet flavor to it. Everything was perfect!
