We went to this restaurant for late lunch. Our waitress Hong T was very professional and courteous. She did a great job serving us. We enjoyed our experience here very much. We also took some cheesecake slices back home. My favorite is Key Lime Cheesecake. This restaurant is a little bit pricey, but food portions are huge.

I recently visited The Cheesecake Factory to celebrate my Mother’s Birthday on January 20th, and while I normally enjoy dining here, this experience felt unusually rushed from the moment we were seated. We had to communicate a couple times that we were not ready when interrupted, especially when offered dessert while eating. I also mentioned wanting to enjoy my time with my Mother while we decided on dessert, indicating we weren’t ready for the check, yet we received the check shortly afterward. We own a restaurant and understand the service industry so we were respectful and polite, we were just expecting a relaxed experience for a special occasion.
The manager on duty briefly apologized for the situation and reassured us we could stay as long as we wanted but by then we were ready to leave. He did offer a complimentary birthday cheesecake, which we appreciated, and the woman serving the table next to us wished my Mother a Happy Birthday — who I noticed seemed a little bothered after I made a comment about our service to the Manager. Nonetheless, I thank the Manger for offering a complimentary cheesecake as it meant a lot to see my Mother’s face light up when she received it.
I’m sharing this not to criticize harshly or to get anything in return, but simply to give honest feedback. The Cheesecake Factory is normally a place we enjoy for special occasions and have been coming to for many years, and I hope future visits reflect the warm, unhurried experience we’re used to. Again, thank you for the complimentary cheesecake!

The food was delicious as usual. They were out of the ahi tuna so instead of the nachos I got the crab dip. My friend got the chicken parm pizza. Both good. The pumpkin cheesecake was perfect as per usual and the tuxedo cheesecake was very chocolate forward.
Our server seemed to be having a tough time with business flow that day. It took a bit over 10 minutes to be greeted and about the same time for our strawberry lemonades. It was quite long in between that she checked on us but each time she was very kind.

If you’re spending the day at Destiny USA, the Cheesecake Factory is a reliable anchor for a solid meal. Located right on the first level with its own exterior entrance, it’s one of the few spots in the mall that actually feels like a proper escape from the shopping chaos. The vibe is exactly what you expect from the brand—dim lighting, those unique “Egyptian-meets-Victorian” pillars, and a bustling energy that makes it a great spot for a casual lunch for two.
During our visit, the service was surprisingly quick for a place that is almost always packed. We were seated promptly, and the server was attentive without being overbearing, which is a plus when you’re trying to get back to your errands or travel plans.
For the main event, I went with the Orange Chicken, and I have to say, it hit the spot. Sometimes “mall food” versions of this dish can be overly breaded or sickeningly sweet, but this was perfectly executed. The chicken pieces were crispy on the outside and tender inside, tossed in a bright, citrusy glaze that had just enough zest to keep it interesting. It’s served with white rice and some fresh green veggies that help balance out the richness of the sauce.
One of the best things about their menu is the Lunch Favorites section. We ordered the lunch portion of the Orange Chicken, and it was more than enough food. Really liked the outside patio seating overlooking the mall interior. Jennifer was an excellent server. Pretty sure we were excellent eaters too. Great meal as we had our last moments with our children before heading home.

Had a 45 minute wait to get a table. It was parents weekend at the college. Were seated in the area facing the mall, kinda outside. Much prefer this area. A little bit quieter.

Had the herb crusted salmon. The Small strings you see in the photo beneath the fish is supposed to be asparagus. Poor quality, taste was off and very tough. Salmon was good, potatoes okay.
Server brought the basket of bread with sourdough bread only. Asked for the wheat, was told they had ran out and was baking more?? Asked a couple of times for more bread and never received any more, much less any wheat bread. Were here for over a hour. Grandson loves the wheat bread!

This is a chain that has lots of choices but doesn’t do anything great. If you want a place that everyone can find something and nobody is wowed by their food… this is it. SLOW service but she was friendly. My breakfast sandwich was ok. (I added guacamole which brought it up a notch. Scrambled egg was ok. Cinnamon pancakes were good
