I love McDonald’s coffee, to me it’s better than most, but WHY? Why is it every single time I go there DO THEY NOT PUT IN THE AMOUNT OF SUGAR AND CREAM I REQUEST?? I like my coffee somewhat sweet but it’s like they’re the ones paying for it and never give enough of anything. Then the attitude with alot of them are unbelievable. This is one I can say if you don’t like your job get another one. But they won’t because they get paid pretty well for getting the order wrong. One last thing, breakfast is the only thing that is being served right? Then what’s the reason for having 3 cars park in the waiting spots to bring out a simple popular breakfast sandwich? Ugh..not very pleased oh and btw don’t throw me back my change like if I have a contagious illness. Mama taught me to hand things to people. Especially working with the public. SMH

I usually go to this Mcdonalds and everythings fine, foods fine! minus a few missing sauces, but I went to the drive through with my mother to make our orders and this seemingly young sounding lady made fun of my moms voice?? and was laughing the whole time?? 🙁 and my mom asked what was so funny because it was just so disrespectful. I told my mom we should just leave because she was just laughing the whole time like “what sauce!!” ignoring my mom’s questions.. my mom is learning english so she was devastated that someone made fun of her and it was just so horrible after a bad day. And i’m never one to ever leave reviews on places. Whenever I have missing foods from orders, or if I get upcharged stuff I didn’t buy/get I just let it happen but this was so insane I literally cried. We asked for her name and she said her name was “Jackie” We called in, got nothing. But it was just so disheartening and embarrassing to hear that.

I was in the area and decided to grab some food to take home. I ordered two large fries and two sundaes.
My complaint here is that the employees serve as less as possible. If you see the pictures you will notice how low the fries and the sundaes are. Usually in other locations they fill up my box of fries and the sundae cups too.
Why is this? Are they trying to save?
If I wanted a little I should have just ordered the med size fries.
This is the McDonalds on 3500 South and around 3200 west.

I really don’t want to be that person but I was waiting for a doordash and there was 12 people in the kitchen and none of them even cared to ask if I have been helped yet. & someone else said “ she’s waiting “ and continued to talk about they’re drama. I truly don’t want to hurt no one reputation at work just think it’s important to care for dashers as their delivering the food to the people ordering from McDonald’s.

This has been the worst McDonalds to work with my dietary restrictions. I am vegetarian and I like to have a sandwich too. I get mine with no meat. I understand when people ask me again to clarify because I know it is weird. This is the only McDonalds I have heard giggling and then instead of getting the correct order, they gave me extra meat where it shows it was entered correctly in the system. Morally, I can’t take it off and eat it. On a medical stand point, it could hurt my body if I did eat it, I haven’t ate meat in a long time where my stomach would struggle to digest it. That interaction has made me not want to go to this location and waste my money.

Very bad experience. This is the 6th time (or more) that I go through the drive-thru and they forget to include items from my order. This is not a one-time mistake, it happens constantly. You pay for everything and only realize food is missing once you get home. Completely unacceptable.

Ordered a Big Mac Meal, the person taking my order asked if I wanted to round up I said sure, no type of thank. I pulled up to the window she said my order and the cost, 9 dollars I tap my phone she looks at me and Im waiting for her to offer my receipt but she closes the window. Its already been a long day and I havent ate so I didnt want to let it get to me. Pulled up to the window the guy gives me my drink and asks me to pull up to window two for a Big Mac and medium fries. I say sure. Been over ten minutes. He comes and asks what did you order. I say the Big Mac. He says ok and 2 mins later comes back with a Big Mac. I stop him and say I had the meal. He remembers he gave me my drink so he ask what size I say medium. He leaves then comes back only to ask me for my receipt. I can hear someone yelling in the back. I tell him I didnt get one but show him the 9 dollars I paid for the Big Mac meal. He gives it to me like hes doing me a favor and closes the window. No apology for wasting 20 mins of my life or even acknowledging the bad service I got. To top it off my food was cold, which tells me my Big Mac sat their the whole time while my gas was being wasted waiting for it . I dont know if its a night issue or what but the service at night here sucks. Don’t waste your 9$ here at night unless you’re drunk.

I’m really disappointed with this McDonald’s. We ordered inside, and it took forever to get our food. The staff seemed to be completely focused on the drive-thru, while people waiting inside were left standing around for a long time.
What makes it worse is that the general manager was running the shift and was up front serving — but the service was still very slow. There needs to be a better balance between handling drive-thru, inside, and to-go orders so all customers are treated fairly.
And the homeless people hanging out inside doing wired stuff is very uncomfortable to even sit inside and eat

Absolutely horrible place, ordered at the kiosk and tried to pay at the counter. Called employees multiple times and no response. When they came towards the counter they ignored me. Waited 30 minutes at the counter for an employee to come so I could pay and not a single one came. Ended up having to leave with out my food due to horrible service. If there was a zero star review I would review this horrendous place.

We ordered 3 big mac meals. 2 big macs came with no sauce but enough lettuce to make a side salads. 20 chicken nuggets we got 17. We ordered 3 cheese burgers they gave us 3 hamburgers. Went to complain and no one spoke English.
