My son and I were just there to grab our usual snacks and drinks, and we’ve personally really enjoyed the new team. The employees actually greet and acknowledge you, and most importantly, the place is tidy, clean, and well-maintained—dusting and all.
I’m not sure what others are referring to when they call it a “smoke shop,” but I find Pac a Sac to be more family-friendly than it has been in the past. In regards to pricing for a large Pepsi, the gentleman complaining must have never taken economics or probably failed. Small businesses struggle to compete with large chain stores, but I’m not going down a rabbit hole if you can’t realize how large chain companies have ruined small businesses. The cashier they have now is welcoming and consistently greets customers.
The previous crew seemed a bit standoffish and rarely went out of their way to say hello unless they knew you. I even remember greeting an older woman with short hair, and she would just stare back without responding. I’m glad they kept the employees who wanted to stay and replaced those who, honestly, needed to be replaced.

The places is great. It’s a little divey greasy spoon with great breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Soup specials, meatballs, they got stuff to keep you full and on the move. Drinks, snacks, lottery….and the staff is great!

Italian hoagie was phenomenal!!!! Haven’t had one this good since I moved from Philly. And this may be better! I’ll definitely be back to try that Reuben sandwich!!!

The food at Pac a Sack is pretty much on par with other spots in the area — nothing special, but decent enough. Unfortunately, their customer service is where it all falls apart. Every time I’ve tried ordering delivery, I’ve been met with rudeness and a complete lack of professionalism. The staff barely answer your questions, act like you’re bothering them, and seem more focused on their phones or personal conversations than actually helping customers. It’s frustrating and honestly kind of sad. I won’t be ordering from here again.
