Ordered a chick fil a sandwich with no pickles. Waited roughly 15 minutes in the mobile-through line before finally receiving my order and to my surprise I received a sandwich with extra pickles. Called the restaurant as I already left the location and the rep told me he couldn’t transfer me to the manager because they were busy and it was during their lunch rush. I could understand if I hadn’t waited 15+ minutes for my order to be wrong. The call was eventually “disconnected” on their side. No “my pleasure” or any sense of urgency from the employees. Your customers are what brings you business. Even if you are busy you can make time to speak with your customers especially when your employees messed up my order. This location could use plenty of training.

I’ve given this Chick-fil-A location far too many chances, and the quality and service continue to be consistently poor.
Tonight I ordered a Market Salad with no bleu cheese, confirming twice that there should be no bleu cheese. When I got home, the salad had bleu cheese on it anyway, no chicken, no dressing, and looked pre tossed and sloppy. The Coke was essentially straight syrup and completely flat. On top of that, another order in the same visit had the wrong sauce.
This isn’t an isolated incident almost every visit, something is wrong with the order. On top of the accuracy issues, the staff frequently seem inconvenienced by basic order requests and carry an unnecessary attitude.
Instead of going back to address the mistake, I chose to visit the Magwood Dr. location for my salad, which was a night and day difference. Their salad was properly made, fresh, and correct. They even offered to involve a manager to help correct another location’s mistakes, which says a lot about their level of professionalism.
I took photos of the difference between the two salads, and the contrast was drastic.
I will be avoiding the Centre Pointe location entirely going forward. Repeated incorrect orders and unfriendly service have made it unreliable and frustrating.

I love you, chick fila. Really do.
But this was the most disappointing service I’ve ever received inside a location. It was truly no fault of any team member alone. I could tell they were working diligently.
But it was obvious on every level that the drive through + mobile through was prioritized wayyyyyyy above customers coming in and ordering face to face.
Door dash + Uber Eats preorder pick ups were also accounted for 20-30 min before my own order.
Everyone was kind
Food was good.
But the manager on duty needed to note the need for cashier and in person customer attention. We were all getting extremely frustrated.

Chick-fil-A never misses. The food is always fresh, the service is lightning-fast and unbelievably polite (seriously, “my pleasure” feels like a warm hug), and the restaurants are clean and welcoming every time. The chicken sandwich? A classic. The nuggets? Addictive. And don’t even get me started on the waffle fries and that glorious Chick-fil-A sauce.
They somehow manage to make fast food feel like a premium experience. It’s the only drive-thru where I feel like I’m being taken care of by a five-star concierge team. Always worth the stop — even if the line’s wrapped around the building, I know it’ll move fast and be worth every second.
Thank you, Chick-fil-A, for turning chicken into an art form.

I’m sorry to do this because I love chick fil a, but $3 for a large drink and they can’t fill it to the top. They must be cutting back on product and hoping no one notices. This has happened multiple times and multiple chick fil as in the area. I’m tired of it.

I had a terrible experience with this Chick-fil-A location. First, my order was completely wrong, and on top of that, I found plastic in my food which is absolutely unacceptable. When I called to get the issue resolved, I was hung up on twice before finally getting to a manager. Instead of making things right, they refused to deliver the corrected order, blaming short staffing, and didn’t offer any type of refund or real solution. My worst experience yet at this location. After waiting for 15 minutes I received old fries from the mobile order area. My bag did not have a name on it or anything. I was confused at first and thought they just forgot but then I noticed. I got home expecting hot, fresh fries only to receive cold, old ones. Also the employees who were there were unprofessional. One employee came back into the restaurant with a Starbucks in hand and brought his two friends back into the food packaging area. They were talking with the other employees and touching the food areas. To me VERY UNSANITARY. This location needs to do better!

Went through the chic-fil-a app and waited an hour and a half for my food. Drivers couldn’t pick up food (had to get delivered through DoorDash) and when I called I was told it was the wrong location until I gave them the confirmation number and then they sent the food. The food was a bit cold but that may have been the weather. I called customer service and they said the app stopped showing after it is sent but it had been not shown for about 10 minutes before I called and they blamed DoorDash for not sending in the order (I ordered through the chic-fil-a app) Overall not a great experience…

Sure the food is good, but the last 3 times that I’ve gone through the drive through, they shorted me on the order. Incredibly frustrating to realize you don’t have all of your order when you get home 20 mins later. This place is terrible.

We were asked to pull forward when our order was taken but we sat there for nearly half an hour. A couple peoplle including the manager asked if we had been helped. Why did they wait so long to ask if our order had been taken? They didn’t even acknowledge us for a while after we pulled up. Why did they think we were sitting there? After we told them we were waiting on our order they asked what the order was. We waited longer while they started cleaning for closing. They confirmed once more what our order was and we waited some more. They gave us two cookies for our wait and when I asked for another cookie because there were three of us in the car they looked at me sideways, contemplated if they wanted to do that, and eventually confirmed with the manager and gave us another cookie. We got our food soon after that and it was cold! I am very disappointed in chick fil a, this is the worst service I have ever received. We were ignored nearly the entire time we were there. Completely cold-shouldered as if they wanted us to just go away. I couldn’t help but notice there were many kids working, talking, looking our way and laughing and the manager who was in their early to mid twenties was also joining the fun. What is happening to their service standards and customer centered focus, was it our skin color and the fact that we looked LGBTQ? Horrible experience, I will never return to this one and maybe that’s what they want because we were three Black women, I’m a mother with my two adult daughters coming home from abroad after not seeing them for over a year. What a welcome back to the reality of the current state of our country. We were doing so well as a nation working so hard towards caring about all people no matter what they looked like. Now we are going backwards. What a painful experience.
