Applegreen or whoever is the operator is cutting corners, definitely not sourcing from required suppliers/distributors. the 6 piece wings does not look like 6-piece wings from any other franchise in the east coast. Extremely mediocre chicken that is poorly fried with thin coating and weird powder that doesn’t even taste like ghost pepper.

Not to crazy about the Staff. I ordered a 2 piece meal, very small sizes for what I paid. The Cashier was not very friendly and told me all the chicken were the same size. I can clearly see bigger pieces. I didn’t argue, other customers were waiting. I left, I won’t be coming back to this popeyes ever. It was a rest stop and that’s the only reason I went. They need better customer service training.

I asked for sweet heat sauce and they gave me cocktail sauce. I went through the drive through and it wasn’t until I got home I realized I had the wrong sauce. Needless to say my tenders sucked without it. At least the rice and beans were good. They didn’t taste sour like the ones from the Kirkwood highway location.

Me and my friend stoped by for a school trip. We got in line for Popeyes and it wasn’t even very long. We sat in line for a little over 30 minutes. Once we finally tried to ordered we couldn’t understand the lady that was taking our order. We finally got our food and the chicken was like a giant ball of grease and the chicken was basically all bone.
Also I don’t think you should make people pay an extra 50 cents for the tiniest amount of ranch. Your workers also gave us a lot of attitude and there where flys.

NO SPICY CHICKEN!! – They waited until after they charged me to tell me that they stop serving it at 9pm.
AND INSTEAD OF A REDUND, I WAS DOUBLE CHARGED!!
I spent 45 minutes getting this sorted out, and still didn’t get my chicken.
The manager was very rude. Zero stars. I would have gladly waited for spicy chicken.

Easily the worst Popeye’s I’ve been to. My buddy and I each ordered spicy three-piece tenders and they 1) did not give us spicy tenders and 2) served easily the saddest, flattest tenders I’ve ever been served at a Popeye’s, which had more breading to the meat than actual meat itself. I get it’s a rest stop Popeye’s, but c’mon ya’ll need to do way better than this serving of a failure. This is also a more expensive Popeye’s too, which sure ain’t as heck worth it.

Our default pit stop . Popeyes is good .. nice food . Hope the service can be better. Love this rest area. Clean .. they follow covid guidelines. Most of our fav restaurants and coffee shop here . Lots and lots of car parking available . Tesla charging stations available . Well maintained washrooms. Only issue is the wait time..

* ♀️This Popeyes is way overpriced. I’m from NYC. Also am a Popeyes rewards member. This location DOES NOT participate in the program and this is the only thing I eat from this location. So I couldn’t redeem my points for food which is really what I needed to do here because they’re expensive.
**So I end up spending 22$ on a 3pc combo (2tiny wings, a breast, a side of fries and drink) and 3 strawberry biscuits (which are delicious)! Pic shows the breast for me and my daughter gave me some of her fries and the 3 biscuits still in the bag.
***With my rewards I could’ve gotten to use an offer for 6pc wings +3 pc tenders and 2 sides for $12.99 and we’d both be fed and full til we reach home….If my daughter wasn’t hungry I wouldn’t have bought from here. Would’ve waited til we reached New York for some reasonably priced food options. Never again! No way!

Got my order wrong after being accosted that it was all there and “in the box”, took 20 minutes to get my order. Also $18 for 3 tiny tenders and fries is a rip off. Couldn’t print a receipt either.
