I had an online order and I have to say this has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with Cracker Barrel. There was no one at the front register initially and I was finally able to get the attention of a staff member on her way into the check out area and she goes to the register and asks me if I was paying for it then but I had already paid for me food online. I still had to wait at lease 10 minutes. When I got home and opened the containers the scrambled eggs tasted and looked like they were made hours ago. The hashbrown casserole was hard as rock and the bisquits were dry and had no flavor whatsoever. I ordered a meal for me and my son and even his was really bad. That’s the worse $40 I’ve ever spent on food. I can’t say that I will ever order from Cracker Barrel ever again or recommend them. I’ve never been this disappointed in all the years I’ve been eating in your restaurant. Cracker Barrel you have to do better.

My wife and I came in for a bite to eat for breakfast this morning. Miss Jennifer was our server and provided us with excellent service for the second time in the last two weeks. Our food was great and very fresh. The only disappointment was they were out of fried apples.

We had a really nice dinner at this Cracker Barrel Old Country Store. The atmosphere is rustic, but comfortable and fun. There is a store side and a restaurant. The catfish I had was delicious and my wife enjoyed her vegetables. Our server was also very friendly and attentive. A great meal.

Understood that our meal took longer to cook than the kids (we had fried chicken), but my sides were cold when served. I didn’t complain. Service was great but when checking out and the machine asked for a review of food temp, I tried to be honest and the cashier made a comment to me about wanting to say something negative. She was friendly but I didn’t appreciate the idea that I couldn’t be honest.

I’ve been eating meals at Cracker Barrel for over 30 yrs. I have always enjoyed my meals. That is notwithstanding small issues that arise from time to time. But, if you address the matter there, gently, Cracker Barrel will remedy the issue. I have fortunate and have only experienced great service. I love love the store!

Took a while to get waited on. There was a couple of employees that was eating lunch and the waiter we had stood by their table talking to them. The manager was sitting on the other side of the partition doing nothing. I find that the service at the Lafayette, Louisiana location is always slow. I’ve been to many other Cracker Barrel’s and this one is the worse. Needs good management, that’s where it starts. I’ve had my own business for years and I have never had a complaint.

Let me tell you! EMILY, the server, is the best server I’ve ever had!!!! So nice, freaking cool, funny, pretty…just 10 out of 10. Can’t wait to eat here again. Best service ever. After a long drive this was a great stop!

We stopped here for lunch while traveling. We usually stop for breakfast but I liked lunch better! There’s more variety beyond bacon and eggs. The server was very pleasant and efficient. It was Dec 23, so many Christmas items were deeply discounted. We bought a very nice ornament, too. A worthwhile stop.
