Ordered on uber eats and canceled with in 1 minute (I have confirmation receipts) and they charged my card because they said “they had already made my order” – I ordered 8 pizzas for an event; There is no possible way that my food was made with in 60 seconds during lunch rush. If they had made my food in full, why wouldn’t they reach out to confirm food was ready for pick up/ I was going to be charged regardless? Not the first time I’ve had a negative experience with this location either.

Ordered double cheese and as you can see, multiple parts and one big section had no cheese on them. Manager told me it wouldn’t look any different if they remade it. After checking with my coworker who orders double cheese every time he orders, he said it didn’t look like double cheese to him either. Called and the cashier got mad at me for asking to talk to a manager and after sending notice to corporate about it, they never responded. It’s been over a month… TLDR they have poor quality control, and if you have an issue with staff, corporate will ignore you. Don’t bother responding to this complaint either, I will not be back to this location again.

The pizza was way too small. We ordered a medium they gave us a 10 inch inside. they do not wear gloves to make a pizza. They were using the same hands to make the pizza they do the trash in. The place stink the floor were yellow. It was not clean at all. They charge to 12.99 for a pizza that’s not even look like a medium they gave us a 10 inch when we ordered a 12 inch this service was not good at all
