This was our first visit to The Continental Mid-town and we were excited when we walked in because it had such a great vibe. We went to celebrate a birthday and had a wonderful time. Our waiter was great, attentive, and so kind and patient with all the menu questions I asked because of some dietary limitations I have. We had two starters – the crispy brussel sprouts (pictured) and bbq chicken quesadilla – fabulous – and four entrees – the seared tuna (pictured), killer shrimp (pictured), the chicken tikka masala, and the strip steak. One was better than the next. It was one of the best steaks I’ve had, cooked perfectly medium, and the coconut thai curry with the killer shrimp was phenomenal. The seared tuna with mushroom risotto was outstanding. I didn’t taste the chicken tikka masala but was told it was very good. When they brought it to the table, I immediately caught the scent of authentic masala, which was amazing. You can’t go wrong with any of these dishes. If you’re looking for a fun restaurant with a great vibe and unique layout (the second floor had tables for two with swinging chairs), look no further. We cannot recommend this more highly.

To start, the interior is absolutely beautiful. There’s this grand chandelier and hanging chairs in the upstairs seating area. Very cleanly and the staff, especially our waiter Frank, were EXCEPTIONALLY nice and attentive. The food and drinks were delicious & I’m looking forward to coming back a second time.

Good vibes. Solid menu. Just took my grandma here after Christmas shopping, its great location. Staff was kind. We shared the cheesesteak egg rolls, I had a chicken sandwich and she had a turkey club. Coffee was decent too. Definitely recommend.

Such an elegant space for your girl night outs or office gatherings. Great bar with great selection of cocktails. Their Hugo Spritz was the closest to the original Italian taste. 10/10

This place was amazing. The food was so good, and the drinks were even better. I got the chicken parm and omg hands down the best chicken parm I’ve ever had. It was so delicious. I also had an espresso martini, which was amazing. The whole experience was great super nice waiter and such an amazing ambiance. Definitely recommend.

Went for dinner on a Saturday night and had reservations for 7:30 PM. Would definitely recommend reservation because it was crowded. Got seated upstairs, but would’ve rather been seated downstairs. But I must say the booth that we were in was probably the most comfortable restaurant booth I’ve ever sat in. Started off with an appetizer that was recommended by our waitress and it was the chicken lettuce wraps (pictured) . They were excellent, and I would definitely recommend also the couple that we were with had the dumplings which they were kind enough to share, which were also excellent. For dinner, I ordered another item that the waitress recommended, The Shaking beef. Was very good. I would recommend with a side of rice. I would have given the food 5 stars but needed to add additional food to the plate. If you go as a couple try to be seated in the hanging chairs. No parking so Uber.

I have been coming to The Continental Mid-town since I was a kid. Since then I have celebrated good report cards, my engagement, work parties, my bachelorette party, and now my 1 year wedding anniversary. This place has always been my favorite restaurant and gets better with each visit!
My person favorites are the Cosmo Spacely, French Onion Soup Dumplings, Esquites Fries, and the Chicken Parm. But you can do no wrong here! The flavors are always good! And the decor/vibes stay immaculate. You won’t ever regret coming here!

My second time dining at Continental Mid-town and I’d say you have been redeemed greatly in my opinion! First time I came was a last minute walk in with friends and the food wasn’t that great.
However, my experience this time was amazing. Our waitress recommended the sake which wasn’t overwhelmingly sweet. The crab pasta was fresh and tasted so good. My friend absolutely loved her shrimp! We ate up on the patio and the weather and ambience was great. Overall enjoyed everything I ordered!
