The lady working here with the tattoos on arm was rude to customers in front of us and my party as well. Very short and smart with her answers. Older lady in front asked her which meats they offered and the employee replied all sandwiches we offer are on the menu. Which in my opinion the lady was asking because she couldn’t see very well because of her age. So that bothered me. Came to our order and we all ordered salads and asked them to be chopped and she replied in a snappy tone we don’t do that anymore. Well okay then…. Proceeded to ask what we would like in our salad and we choose items and she didn’t put a lot on spinach in there to our liking and so we asked for more and she said no we can add that much to your salad without charging more??? Like what? This is suppose to be a salad the way we wanted…. So will not return to this store because of rude customer service.

Very rude black woman everytime we come in. She comes to the counter like we are bothering her my husband asked for handful of pickles on the sandwich she put them on and then he wanted a few more at the end. She looked at us and said I can’t be putting any more pickles. My husband goes there two times a week. He turned around and did not get the sandwich… The man that works there is very nice always makes us feel comfortable. And says no problem about the pickles. My husband said don’t worry we will never go back

I just left the Subway here on Eglin Parkway in Fort Walton Beach. The customer service was absolutely superb! He shared the fact that he has 2 young children and understood the difficulties of feeding them. He took care in preparing the sandwich and even told me he just freshly brewed the tea. 10 out of 5 stars… the tea was delicious!!!

Horrible horrible lady at the front wish I got her name! She’s white. Came in with my family it was a lot of us I’ll give her that. But the way she attended us was rushed, rude and very passive aggressive. + giving us the eyes like what.. sorry you’re doing your job i guess. Yet with other customers she was all smiles and wanted to have a conversation ?! I think this was racially motivated.

No curbside pick-up as advertised. Had to wait 25 minutes outside, and then when we called to check on our order we were told they don’t do curbside. FALSE ADVERTISING! Can you say “Pandemic”?
Even our receipt says “CURBSIDE”! Had to go inside.
Our food however, was Very Delicious! The young woman working did a great job, Even though she was all ALONE!

The staff here is always great, motivated, and super positive. This is our normal stop after the gym. The subs or bowls we get are always great, prepared correctly and quickly by the staff. Love it!!

Quick service with no issues at all for me. However the next person that came in stood there for over a minute without someone coming to the counter. They had three workers and none of them heard the door chime when it opened. I didn’t have that experience personally but witnessing it makes me wary of the experience if I go back.

Customer service is absolutely wonderful everytime I go in there. However twice in two weeks they start to make my sandwich and do not disclose that they’re out of veggies. The first time I felt bad for walking out and wasting their food, this time I bit the bullet and got two sandwiches with out what I wanted on them. All for the sake of not wasting food that they already started. Get a manager in there that knows how to order supply !! Or if you the owner are doing so, you need to get trained by another subway !! Keep up the hard work , great customer service, and at least disclose when you are out of product(s). Thanks .

I believe this particular associate is of West Indian decent. Nevertheless, she was extremely rude and spoke to me as if I was not a customer. Because of her ugliness, my sister and I chose to give our business next door to Jersey Mike’s were the experience was the total opposite!
