I’m not sure what has happened to this Dunkin. I used to go often and the service was good, they always had what I wanted. Now I go, and first of all, some of the employees they have working there are awful. The line for the drive through is usually out to the street because it takes 5-10 mins for the guy to even come to the speaker and take your order. The one guy in there is terrible, he takes his time and does not care. I understand that dunkin can get busy, but he really just takes his sweet time. I notice when it is so slow at the drive through and nobody is coming to the speaker, it is always the same guy in the afternoon. Some of the other guys I have dealt with in there are awesome, friendly and fast. This dunkin also just never has anything. “Can i get a glazed donut” sorry im all out of glazed “can i get” sorry no food items “the machine is down.” You are better off going to park lane dunkin, they are WAY better compared to this one. Fast and always have what you want

I had ordered ahead of time since it was a large order and they were absolutely perfect. Everything was waiting for me. The girl at the counter was so very helpful. Even helped me carry everything to my car. Such a wonderful experience!

Noticed this place going down hill. No lighting in parking lot and rude employees. Convenience is the only reason this location still exists. I went to grab coffee and they stated they had no bread….I said ok are there bagels? And the girl told me “I just told you no bread” with some attitude. Last time I ordered toast I didn’t get a bagel just saying. Im good on this place.

Best Dunkin in town at 163 Danbury Rd., I love the staff. They are friendly, funny and always greet me with a smile. Sometimes the line is long but that’s because they’re the best!

This place is a hot mess.. super disorganized. They always either short my drinks or mess up my food…. This time I got a 1/2 filled medium size cappucino…. $5 a piece, should have stuck to Starbucks…. Oh and they’re snappy when you ask them a question… I’m done. Never coming back.

Do you think the wax paper that separates your cheese slices belongs on a sandwich? I don’t think so either, so you can imagine when I bit down into my sandwich and then realized I had wax paper in my mouth, I was just a little frustrated. This was after waiting 10 minutes in a not busy drive through, my 4 year old even knew it was taking too long. Guess I’ll be going elsewhere from now on

A group of us ordered together and it there was about 30 min between the orders coming out. They seamed very understaffed and seamed to be putting drive through orders ahead of those of us who went in to order.

I ordered an iced coffee on the app to pick up as a mobile order. When I went in the store, it wasn’t ready. I waited a few more minutes, people were coming into the store and leaving with their orders while I was still waiting. The employees ignored me as I was standing there for at least 10 min waiting. Finally I flagged one down and she told me they were “working on it”. It was just one iced coffee. After a few more minutes of waiting another employee approached me and rudely asked “what are you waiting for?” When I told her my order, she turned around and found my coffee sitting over in the drive thru order area. She then said “it was sitting right there, you should have said something.” How would I know that my order was sitting in the wrong location? No apology, just a rude excuse as if it was my problem the coffee wasn’t in the right spot.
