I’ve been going to this Chick Fil A for years and it’s just consistently been a struggle. They never put ice in the sweet tea? Not sure what that’s about. And order is always missing something. When it’s super busy, I totally get mistakes happen. But even getting breakfast at 7 am with no line, my orders are always missing an item, no ice in my drink, and they don’t put the sauces in the bag even when it’s listed on the order. Just seems like bad management. I also dined in a couple weeks back. The restaurant had a musty, sewer smell. Didn’t feel clean.

I don’t have the energy to express my disappointment in spending my hard earned money just to get cold, old food after waiting for 20 plus minutes to receive it. I can say I don’t believe the owner from years ago is still over this franchise I just seen a serious decline over the last 2-3 years. I’ve attached a photo of the tenders they gave me…and if anyone knows that location is so tough to get to and from so I refused to go back and potentially get the same batch of old food.

Drive thru is super efficient for the fresh food and popularity. Fantastic option for fast food. The app has genuinely great rewards and the mobile thru pickup option is convenient and is quicker than waiting in the line.

If you pull up to this Chick-fil-A, expect a long line at the drive-thru—but don’t stress. They move fast, and the wait is worth it. Service is top-notch and the food is consistently solid.
Today, I went with Uber Eats instead of the drive-thru. From ordering to delivery took less than 20 minutes—impressively quick. I wanted to try something new, so I ordered four chicken tenders and a large waffle fry.
The tenders were flavorful and tender, but way too small and not crispy at all. That was a letdown. The waffle fries? As good as always.
Bottom line: skip the tenders. Stick to what Chick-fil-A does best—the sandwiches. Lesson learned. Should’ve stayed in my lane.

This might be the worst CFA in the entire company. Poor service (most do not say my pleasure) and the food is always wrong. Make sure to check your order before leaving this location. The owner should be required to make this a better experience. It does not meet the CFA standard.

You need to move cars further away from the line if they’re waiting on additional items so the people behind them can get out. Also you forgot my dressing that goes on the salad that I ordered. And you forgot the straw that goes to my shake. Food is always delicious though!!
