Alex is the best server yet!!!! The pizza was HOT! The burgers were amazing and the Cadillac Margarita was GREAT!!!! We were on a time restraint and still sat, got served and ate in less than 45 minutes! Definitely will return!

We were here Oct 25, 2025. Around 9 pm. Haven’t been in Red Robin in years. But last night we stopped to my surprise everything was great. The young man was hustling . The food was really good. Quiet environment We gave the young man a compliment to the manager and a bigger tip. Mahalo

First off our server was amazing! Very bubbly , cheerful, smiling friendly. Awesome experience. Tried the vegetarian burger with garlic fries, amazing, and top it of with the freckled lemonade!

Odd experience but my husband and I walked in there and ordered food to go and went to wait for our food and then this extremely drunk man sped out the front door hitting my shoulder and the comes back in yelling something I don’t even know but other then that you’ll have an experience to add in your life haha and they have adorable claw machines and a cute waiting area but the workers are very friendly it took some time for the food but not an unreasonable amount of time food was delicious my husband and I had a laugh about what had happened, it’s a fun, bright and alive place

We have amazing service as long as we don’t get the tall skinny guy with hair is rainbow colored and covered in tats. The one time we had him he totally forgot us. Drinks empty and food once we finally got it was cold. We ended up having to go through waiter Manny to get our stuff and we tipped Manny for being so awesome. Since been back and Manny handled our table of 11 plus 4 other large tables wonderful! Servers like Manny are who make going somewhere worth it!
I have been converted to this Red Robin. 10 years ago my mom was in the hospital and my wife and I sat down after a long at the hospital to eat. Ordered our drinks and right after we got the call that she was going to pass. The waiter was walking up to me and I apologized and said my mom’s dying I have to go. We left and a few hours later we came back and we asked for the waiter and he was off by this time and I explained I felt awful I stiffed him and the waitress already knew about us and said we were hopping you would come back. I was shocked to say the least. She proceeded to apologize for our lost and said that Red Robin would cover our tab. My wife and I were in complete shock. That night they made a customer for life!

There was a time when I really enjoyed this restaurant. After consistent mishaps with my food and ordering I stopped going. Recently gave it another try. I ordered some food to go but wanted to sit and eat some of my meal at the restaurant and take the rest home to enjoy later. Unfortunately I was denied the opportunity by the manager. Although the restaurant was technically still opened the manager and employees had shut the restaurant down and wouldn’t allow me to eat there. I’m not sure what their restaurant policies are but I really hate it when there’s plenty of time on the clock for the restaurant to be open and they choose to stop operating and serving customers. I have seen, heard, and experienced other restaurants operate and serve customers up until the last minute of their posted closing time. It only makes “cents”.

Been coming here for quite sometime. Overall good gourmet burgers and other meals. Yesterday waiter was taking long and didn’t provide different things needed such as Ketchup, napkins, ranch and sauce for some wings, he was taking really long to come by. I stood up and asked someone else for these things and he got upset and asked if I had a problem. Almost like he was trying to show me how upset he was about me going and providing these for my family. Besides all this I told him to be quiet because I was watching a basketball game on the overhead tv. Dude was so petty that he changed the channel. Teach your waiters crucial accountability and respect.

Everything was great! I got the Mad love burger, mom got the one with pineapple, sister got the a1 steak burger and niece got the ribs. Everything was great and the service was even better. Manny was our server and he was awesome. Everyone was helping out and so friendly and helpful
