This is the most distinctive McDonald’s I’ve ever seen. It has a unique style. It’s very convenient. The food is good. However, there are relatively few staff members, so the food takes a bit longer to come out when it’s busy. But this doesn’t affect the waiting time. While waiting, I was admiring this building. It’s really amazing. I love the huge moose so much, as well as the wooden style.

This place has 8 kiosk to order to which 6 are closed, yes, I said closed. I had to get someone’s attention from the back so that I could order. A simple order of a lg coffee and a sausage mcgriddle. 10mins later, I get my food, mcgriddle was fine, coffee somehow taste like tin. I should mention that I asked for 6 cream and 6 sugars and this was horrible. Maybe they need to start cleaning their machines as there should not be coffee grounds floating around.

This particular McDonald’s was wonderful!!! So nice, clean and food was great. One of the better McDonald’s I’ve stopped at and we used the kiosk and they brought the food to are table. Excellent service.

Super friendly staff, its clean and beautiful in there, the game room is awesome. Honestly excited to go there again. Probably the best Mcdonalds. The food was so yummy as well. We did have to use the kiosk, because we payed with card. 9/10 experience.

Cute but it’s definitely just another McDonald’s. Food was standard Mickey D’s, lukewarm but good…what you usually get. The service was frustrating. The girl at the counter taking the order didn’t understand very well what we were ordering, and took our order wrong enough we actually just canceled it at the register politely and used the kiosk instead. Not her fault, as she was clearly from another place in the world- however in a customer service setting where communication is key to ordering food- not helpful at all as she was confused.

Went here for breakfast, but really I just went just to see this beautiful McDonalds. Got here around 8:20 AM on July 29th, and the exterior was really cool! As I entered I was immediately greeted by this bear statue which was really cool. But as soon as I entered the actual restaurant, almost every single kiosk was broken and the ones working were in use. This was disappointing since we had to go order at the register. Ended up being a very pleasant experience afterword. I got some hotcakes, a Sausage McMuffin with an egg, the hotcakes were presented nicely but the McMuffin wasn’t, it looked disappointing. Otherwise, food was good and they even had arcade which was cool! The atmosphere of the store looked very nice and looked like a cabin! This location is very nice and if I am able to I am coming back here!

Aesthetically it’s gorgeous and the place is gigantic. I bet it is packed during tourist season!

Stopped by this McDonald’s on the way out of The Dells. The design of this location makes it unique. It is designed to look like a traditional log cabin on the exterior and interior and they did a really good job as it is aesthetically pleasing. This location also has a game room for kids to play in during visits.
Why did I deduct a star? At the end of the day, the menu served is a typical McDonald’s menu. The food is what I would expect at a McDonald’s and is nothing unique, unlike the building. If you like McDonald’s or the look of the building then stop otherwise proceed to your next destination.
