This was my first and last time ordering from this place. I placed an online order only to get back to work and bite into my food and find an extremely long hair in my burger!! I tried calling 5-6 times but the listed number doesn’t work. When I was able to return to the restaurant to get my money back I saw nobody was wearing hair nets.

I was hoping the first time was a one-off, but unfortunately the skimping and leaving off ordered toppings is consistent at this location now. Multiple orders now have had insultingly little of the ordered toppings, including the up charge ones. Unfortunately it’s not ideal to add more of my own when I get home, and it’s a shame as the burger patties themselves are still great for quick service.

Been going to this location for years. Food is always good! I love the soft burger buns. Food is always made exactly as you order. Plenty of fries and onion rings with our combos we got. We also got some fried pickles. They were cooked a bit dark but we’re still yummy!

Decided to try wayback Burger on the road trip recently. We ordered the chicken tenders, classic burgers, and some fries. The chicken tenders were very dry and crunchy and didn’t look visually appealing. The burgers were juicy but just had a little bit too much mustard on it. The fries were ok nothing special.

So I placed my order online at 11:45am, I was told I could pick up my food by 12:12pm. How ever my food was not handed to me until 12:26. I had to clock back into work at 12:30! Plus I asked for bacon onions and as u can see this is what I was given. So I paid for my lunch today just to not be able to eat and enjoy it because I had to clock back in! The burger was to greasy and choppy. My bun was soaked and falling apart from the grease and it wasn’t seasoned enough for me. If you’re looking for high cholesterol or to gain fat this is the place to go! The staff appeared extremely unhappy which reflected in the food. Very dark environment, not welcoming at all for me to sit in and eat. Very pricey and not worth the experience. I’d rather make my own burger and stay home. Overall, very disappointing.

One of the best quick-service burgers I’ve ever had, and I’ve had burgers all my life in every region of the 48 contiguous States. I had the Classic (i asked for no tomato, which they remembered) with fries and a cookies ‘n’ cream milkshake. About $15 all told, but very filling, plenty of fries, delicious burger, the fries were perfectly crispy, and the shake was the right mix of everything. Plus, the dining room was nice and clean, and the service was excellent. Highly recommended.
