Needed additional information than available online including catering details. I called the phone numbers listed for every location in the Louisville area. Not a single call was answered and in each case I left voicemails as prompted in the greeting. No calls answered – no messages returned.
So I filled in the form on the website under contact Peach Cobbler Factory. No response.
I visited the Mall location and once the attendant finished texting, I told her about the non-responses. She said they don’t answer phone calls because they get too many spam calls.
My response to that is that all restaurants get spam calls but the others do answer calls. I have NO intention of patronizing a business that has such a poor policy around customer service.
