What’s not to love about this place? This people become your family, they get to know you and take care of you with so much care.
If you like Cuban bakeries, this is the place to go to if you’re undecided.
Ask for the croqueta de bacalao, you will not regret them. Also, the Venezuelan empanadas are good too!
Also, peep the holiday hours! Catering available too, incredible pricing

I ordered a Capuchino Cake for an event, but it’s not the traditional cappuccino cake. The bottom layer of the cake is just plain white cake. I’ve been a loyal customer at Vicky’s for over three decades, so I know what a true Cappuccino Cake should be. All layers should’ve been Cuban Capuchino. The quality has significantly declined. I really love this bakery. You can order online ahead of time and has a reward point system called Toast. Every single location i have been to always looks clean and service is great. The food as well. I actually think its better that Pincrest Bakery particularly the breakfast menu it is tastier.

PLEASE ADD MORE STAFF. They are so slow. I have passed by here on my way to work multiple times with plenty of time and somehow I am always late. They’ve also gotten my order wrong more than once. Please hire more people. Theres always a big line. I will not be coming back here.

Tasty desserts. Unfortunately at the time I went the AC did not work. I was only thinking about the ladies there. High five to them!

After the disaster with the desserts the first time , I went today and changed completely my opinion , everything was fresh , the staff super attentive like the first time , not given the 5 stars because the capuchino was not great , need to go again .

Dreadful. 10 mins to get 2 cortaditos and a brick hard cookie. Asked to change cookie and was told they’re all the same ( so basically all your cookies are shitty and stale, good to know). . mind you it’s empty and this should have taken 3 mins on the long side.. instead the cashier disappeared into kitchen and didn’t return for several mins and then she took way too long to prep the coffee
To owners (as they respond to all negative reviews): spare me your lies. All your recent reviews are negative and you clearly haven’t bothered to address your culture.

Worst Pan con Lechón!! Wet bread, feels like it was done in a microwave. The pastel de queso was not fresh and it was dry. The papa rellena was almost frozen in the middle. Bad bad bad!!

I cannot visit my family in Miami without stopping here for my tostada and Cafe con Leche fix. I even took a loaf home for my husband to enjoy. Great pastries and breakfast items. Will always visit whenever I am in town.
