Let me tell you something about this Starbucks — it’s not just a coffee shop, it’s a whole experience. From the moment you walk in, you’re hit with the cozy aroma of fresh coffee and the comforting buzz of good energy. But what really makes this place shine? The people.
The baristas here are absolute rockstars. Always smiling, always kind, and genuinely happy to help. Whether you’re ordering your regular or trying something new, they treat you like family. You can feel that they care — not just about the coffee, but about you. They remember your name, your drink, and they never hesitate to offer a recommendation or a cheerful “Have a great day!” when you need it most.
And the music? Oh, the music is just right. Upbeat but chill, inspiring yet calming. It makes you want to open your laptop, plan your dreams, write that book, or just take a deep breath and enjoy your moment. It’s the kind of vibe that makes your creativity flow and your worries fade.
The environment is warm and welcoming — perfect for studying, meeting a friend, or escaping for a bit of peace in your day. It’s not just a coffee spot, it’s your second home.
☕ So if you’re looking for great coffee, amazing people, and the kind of positive energy that makes your day better — this Starbucks is it. It’s where kindness is brewed, and every sip comes with a smile.

Each time I walk in, I’m met with silence. No greeting. No acknowledgment. Meanwhile, customers entering right after me are warmly welcomed (often those with a different demographic than mine). I usually pick up a mobile order and ask for a pup cup—I even tip ahead of time—but I still end up standing there, invisible, until I initiate the interaction.
I’m not calling it discrimination, but the difference in how I’m treated is noticeable and uncomfortable. And after three identical experiences, it’s hard to see it as a coincidence.
I’m someone who champions great customer service, and I love highlighting businesses that get it right, but I can’t recommend this location in its current state. I hope management takes this seriously, because hospitality shouldn’t be selective.
If others have had similar experiences, speak up. I’m very close to reaching out to corporate myself.
I go to Starbucks every single day, spending my hard-earned money on their coffee, yet today I was denied access to the restroom. This is completely unacceptable. As a regular customer, I expect at least basic courtesy and respect.
When I asked to use the restroom, the staff rudely told me it was “for customers only”—but I AM a customer! I had literally just bought my drink, and they still refused. The way they handled the situation was unprofessional and dismissive.
It’s frustrating to be loyal to a business only to be treated like an inconvenience. If this is how they value their regular customers, I might as well take my business elsewhere. There are plenty of other coffee shops that actually care about their customers. Do better, Starbucks!
