I’ve been going to this location for years, unfortunately yesterday was not my pleasure. I ordered two Cobb salads one for lunch and the other for dinner. Almost finished with lunch I found a hair. Disgusted is an understatement considering I was almost finished. I immediately called the store and spoke to Juan I was told he would replace them tomorrow. So here we are and I have to leave work to go replace the salads BIG inconvenience! Only to arrive and Juan has the day off. I spoke with another manager gave him the salads one with hair and one untouched. I definitely wanted a full refund and the salads replaced and after what I had to deal with it seemed only fair. I was told he couldn’t and if I’d like a dessert. I am a manager at Burger King and realize things like this happen, but the inconvenience and gas and disgust of the entire situation warranted my money back. This will definitely be my last time at this location.

Hello Houston!! Atmosphere good and service good, but the food would be too if it wasn’t TEFLON PLASTIC MATERIAL in and on my food. Chick fil A @ 6895 Highway 6South Houston, TX 77083. Its against health regulations to not clean or change the Teflon sheets.

We cant express enough how awesome this place is! The way they work as a team and how they lean on each other is awesome! Seeing that was amazing! Theres not alot of places that does that and it is rare nowadays! Their teamwork is very uplifting! Keep up the good work!

The drive through service was fine but the chicken biscuit I had ordered was soaked in frying oil. The biscuit was so soggy, it was inedible. My only option was to eat the chicken without the biscuit. Quality control needs to be improved.

Best Chick-fil-A!! While all Chick-fil-As are great, I think this one is the best. I forget to get points for all of my purchases but I’m always happy to come here. Whether dining in or drive thru, staff and food are always exceptional!! S/O to the Operator here for great leadership!

This was the worst chick fil a I’ve ever been to because the drive thru wait was the longest ever for any fast food place I’ve been to. So crazy cause I guess I’m used to multiple people outside taking orders before you even reach the speaker/menu (and it was such a nice day out). There were 2 cars in front of me before I ordered and that took at least 10 minutes until my turn to get to the speaker. And then when I rounded the corner there were at least 5 more cars in front of me. It may have been faster just going inside and ordering at that point. Service was subpar, unusual for chick fil a but at least they got my order right.

Worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. I visited this location last monday around 12:30 p.m. I typically visit the North Dairy Ashford location, as I work for close by that one and frequently place orders for my HR staff. However, Monday I decided to visit a different location and use my Chick-fil-A Reward Points to cover our meal.

Unfortunately, my rewards did not appear or function properly during checkout. Despite showing the team members on my mobile app that the meal should have been free through my rewards, three different employees asked me to wait for a manager. After about 10 minutes, the manager came out to my car and printed a lengthy receipt showing my extensive rewards history. He informed me that my rewards were not showing on his system and stated that if I wanted the meal, I would need to pay $32.

Given the time and effort I’ve spent as a loyal customer—and the amount of business I bring through corporate orders—it was disappointing to be treated as though my loyalty didn’t matter. I ultimately asked him to cancel the order and drove to the North Dairy Ashford location instead, where I was able to use my points without any issues.

this experience was especially frustrating and inconvenient. I wanted to share this feedback because Chick-fil-A is normally known for excellent customer service, and I hope this can be addressed to prevent similar experiences for other customers. I also sent in feedback via the website and never heard back from anyone from corporate or this location. I will never ever visit this location again.

I am so sad to post this not so good review because we love this location, however I ordered 28 meals for my kids class party to surprise them, big surprise I had with ZERO sauces being added to the huge order spend over $200. Do better and make sure your BIG orders are taken care of correctly.

I’m really disappointed with this Chick-fil-A location. My order was missing multiple sauces even though I clearly requested them, and the service was extremely slow. Chick-fil-A is usually known for being quick and accurate, but this visit was the complete opposite. I waited way longer than I should have, only to get home and realize my meal wasn’t even prepared correctly.

If this location wants to keep customers coming back, they seriously need to work on speed, organization, and double-checking orders. Very frustrating experience.

I was honestly having such a rough day since my cat passed away yesterday and chick fil a is usually my comfort food and the employees at this location are always so nice to me but today the person who took my order – Emanuel, truly left an impact on my day. He was so patient with me and was also cracking jokes and made me laugh ( which i havent done since yesterday). It felt like I was catching up with an old friend even though i’ve never met him before. Emanuel, if you’re seeing this I want to thank you for making my day. You don’t know how much i needed that. I hope chick fil a realizes how lucky they are to have an employee who is genuinely so kind and creates a positive impact towards people they’ve never even met before.
