I was at an event at Tacoma Armory. My caregiver and grandchildren walked to McDonald’s. My burger was burnt couldn’t eat it. Ended up tossing it. How do you burn a burger? So disappointed cause I normally don’t eat a lot of fast food. 39 bucks of disappointment. The kids were happy they got nuggets. My caregiver had a spicy chicken. Ugh so terrible

Its great it Mcdonalds they will be around forever and there burger no matter how old will look the same to. So many preservative it doesn’t even biodegrade for long time.. might want to think about what your putting into your body.

went with my family where we were greeted by a cop at the window and told we could only do the drive thru. As I ordered, the app crashed, but they happily took my points and money. The staff said there was nothing they could do and when I contacted McDonalds, they gave me a coupon to go back to this same place (5 hours away from me) within a month. Thanks for literally nothing.

The food was fine and the order was correct, but I was really disappointed by the service regarding payment. My friend tried to pay with a $50 bill, and the staff flat-out refused to accept it. The restaurant wasn’t busy and management was clearly available to verify the bill, but they still wouldn’t take it. Because of this, she had to cancel her entire order. It was an embarrassing and unnecessary situation for a loyal customer.

I love this McDonald’s. The dining room is permanently closed, but I don’t care. I think it’s better for everyone that they are takeout and drive thru only—keeps the loitering to a minimum. Most staff are friendly, especially breakfast shift. The ones who aren’t so friendly are at least efficient, which is all I really need. I’ve been coming here about once every week or two for months and never once have they messed up my order.

I got a #9 which has 2 cheese burgers and a fry with a drink. I requested extra pickles on both burgers, I got no pickles on either burger. It’s wild because a burger comes with pickles no matter what unless you ask for none meaning they purposely didn’t give me any pickles even tho I asked for extra. This made me sad I love pickles, do better McDonald’s.
