Came in for lunch, with a party of 8. We were accommodated within 20 minutes, host and manager were friendly. Our server was also really great! I wish I would have remembered her name. We all enjoyed our food, it was also my first time trying dumplings and I was very surprised at how delicious it is!

This is not how Cracker Barrel use to be. The food is no where what it use to be. Had to send 2 different plates back. Plus the amount of food is half of what it was. Now even cost more. The quality just isn’t like it was. If it doesn’t go back as how it once was, this place will also go bankrupt and out of business one day in near future. I just can’t see myself or my family and friends ever eating here again. It is just this Cracker Barrel, but the other we have ate at over the last few visit at different locations. All my family and friends and church family have also said the same. Going to lose a lot of business if not already. Have heard it is because of new upper management. So Good Luck to all still go to Cracker Barrel.

The food and service has both hits and misses. I ordered the spicy grilled catfish which was amazing! The fish was tender and very juicy, the seasoning was perfect. Their steamed broccoli side was also a hit. But their mashed potatoes were dry on the outside almost a little bit of a crust, and the Mac and cheese was not really cheesy or creamy. Their Mac and cheese had a pasty texture. Service was slow and the line to check out was long with only one cashier.

Well we got seated quickly which was nice. Our waitress was super friendly and timely. But soon after she brought our drinks and took our oder she clocked out and we got a different waiter. He introduced himself and brought us our food then we he did not come to our table anymore. We ate our whole without drink refills. We asked him fir napkins and ketchup wich he did not bring. My wife got up and got ketchup from an empty table. In fact, he walked by our table about 6 times and did not stop to check on us once. We could’ve waived him down, but thats not our responsibility. If he wants us to pay him he need to do his job. We ended stopping a manager that was walking by and asked her for drink refills, the check and a to-go box. She brought the drinks. We asked again for a to-go box and check. She brought the box. We asked a 3rd time for the check and waited 15 minutes. She never returned. We said screw it and just went up to the front to pay. We told the cashier that we dont have the check. We offered to tell him what we ordered. He asked if we knew our waitress name, we told him the name. Couldn’t find the order. We offered again to tell him what we ordered, he then asked what time we ordered. We didn’t know. We offered a THIRD time to tell him what we ordered. He then asked how much our bill was. WE DONT KNOW HOW MUCH IT WAS BECAUSE WE NEVER GOT OUR CHECK! We asked to speak to a manager. Guess what the first question the manager asked us. “What did you order?” Like dude we’ve been trying to say that to the other guy the whole time! At least manager knew what he was doing, but then he said im sorry we’re busier than usual today……..if that place was busy then I dont know how they’re in business. 70% of the tables were open.

CB has always been a family favorite. Food honestly not what it used to be im thinking cut backs, recipe changes tweeks something is different however, somethings are for the better of course. Love the retail therapy. I love the positive energy, humorous items and nostalgia. Makes me dream I could retire and truly sit on their porch.

Jam-packed restaurant with delicious food and drink options. This is the first location that we have been to in a while that felt like the old restaurant vibe. Love that you can get breakfast all day and that they still have a number of their homestyle entrees (meat loaf, chicken and dumplings, mac and cheese and more). Service was a bit slow, but this was most likely due to how busy the restaurant was.

The Proton sizes have really dropped ALOT. Do not expect what you used to get. I got a dose of broccoli it was two florets. I was shocked. Was half the little ramekin they use. Fried ocra was the same problem, about half what I used to get. The steak was prepared ok was a little under but I prefer that too it being over, I got the sirloin. I ASKED FOR IT NOT TO BE FLATTENED so they didn’t press it during cooking and it was better than previous visits so I would recommend asking that the steak not be pressed.

My review is based on the interaction I have with staff during the pickup of my catering order. Typical Cracker Barrel the food was not ready to be picked up, but that was okay because melody was amazing! She was very cheerful, pleasant and she and I had more in common than one would imagine. I like the decor, the service was good, but I wasn’t really feeling the food. Besides their Loaded Hashbrown Casserole Tots,which was delicious, everything else was near average or very slightly below. I can’t really say anything on their breakfast menu since I haven’t tried it but rating from what I’ve had in my pictures, I give this place a 3/5 stars
