I don’t normally do this, but I will admit the authentic original Rosa’s was fantastic. However, the new ownership and cooking is not what I was expecting. Not true authentic italian at all. A flavor profile that does not match. I cannot put my finger on it, but not very good. It had a unique flavor thay did not go well together. Could barely choke it down after spending roughly $85. Alfredo and regular spaghetti marinara tasted the same with a very unique flavor. Also, garlic bread should not be made with a spoonful of “jarlic”. I am hoping they will get it eventually. Had to give my opinion because it wasn’t cheap for some noodles and sauce. Side of meatballs were dry and hard without sauce.

Nice place to have a drink gamble and get some delicious food (halal) which is delicious. Sara the bar tender is great and very knowledgeable.. don’t forget karaoke on mondays .

I had a Greek salad with grilled chicken today for a late lunch and it was delicious! The new chef Mo is phenomenal. Next time I’m trying the chicken wings!! Go support this local business under new ownership and management

Oder a pizza and walk in and on first glance it a ruff look because I did not know I was walking in to a bar . But I really don’t have any complaints the lady was nice had me a long island while I wait and it was a well made drink . Pizza was good my girlfriend was not a big fan but i enjoyed the pizza thin crust .

If youre looking for rosas fantastic cooking and demeanor dont go to the place with her name on it. It is no longer her or her brand. The place is a facade. The owners are beyond arrogant and unproffesionally rude. Needless to say I miss Rosa.

I was greeted by a lovely Italian woman sitting at a table by the kitchen. She spoke to me, “What would you like to eat? I will make it for you right now”. I felt as if she had welcomed me into her house! I ordered 2 Eggplant Parmesans to go. The dinners came with a choice of chicken tortellini or minestrone soup, a salad and bread! The friendly bartender came over and told me she would put the order in and ring it up for me.
The food was delicious! The soups tasted homemade. The salad was crisp and fresh with homemade Italian dressing just like MY grandma used to make it! It’s been my experience that good eggplant is hard to find when dining out, but this eggplant parmigiana was WONDERFUL!
So soft and tender, breaded perfectly, served with marinara over spaghetti, made with love from an Italian family recipe.
My dad and I enjoyed every bite. We can’t wait to try another specialty from Rosa’s!
