Soooooo delicious, only thing about the service was that i asked the person at the counter for sauces and she gave me one small serving of it when my otder had five burgers. I then asked for more and i wasn’t sure if she was focused or her mind was somewhere else. The service and condiments were definitely different than my local spot… i LOVE my local Habit. This one.. eh. Not so much.

Stopped by after a good gym workout since I was craving a burger and remembered they offer lettuce wrapper burgers.
I ordered two teriyaki char’s with cheese and an order of sweet potato fries.
The burgers were assembled neatly, lettuce was crisp and overall good, but it had way too much mayo. Which I’ll ask for no mayo next time since it took away from the teriyaki flavor.
The fries were good and well done, but the portion is kind of small considering the price.
I am docking off a star because of the wait time. I wasn’t expecting to wait 20 minutes for a drive thru order. The dining room didn’t appear to be busy there was only one car in front of me.
I’ll return and update my review if the wait is shorter next time. Otherwise, be ready to wait a bit.

I love the hamburgers here, not too expensive and a good variety of them. The only bad thing I could say about here is that the staff is not cleaning tables between clients, I have been there a couple of times and find tables and floor used and not cleaned at all.

I stopped by The Habit Burger in Santa Ana around 1 PM and had a mostly good experience. The food was fresh, and the service was friendly. My order came out quickly—even without a lunch rush, the kitchen was on point.
That said, there are a few things to be aware of. There’s no in-person cashier to take your order—everything is done through kiosks, which can get a bit chaotic, especially for first-time visitors or anyone not comfortable with self-ordering. It wasn’t busy during my visit, so it was manageable, but I can imagine it getting confusing during peak hours.
The dining area could’ve used a quick wipe-down—tables weren’t dirty, but they definitely needed some attention, and there didn’t seem to be anyone assigned to clean up during my visit.
Also, be warned: parking can be a challenge. The restaurant is in a very busy shopping center, and the lot has no trees or shade, so your car will be baking in the sun if you’re there during the day.
Overall, good food and great service, but the location and setup could use a few tweaks to improve the customer experience.

Normally don’t go to the habbit due to the long queue’s. During the non rush hours they seem to process food orders quickly but after a couple of bites i found that the first patty was a little more pink than i normally like. I ended up eating the burger but i might update this post if i develop some type of food poisoning. Heres a tip to avoid the long wait time , order online through the company website. Also do to some strange request of an uber eats driver this location does not have chop sticks for your meal.

Pretty much the best burger spot burger spot in the area taste wise. Service was good but I was the only person in the place surprisingly the outside patio wasn’t overrun with the homeless wildlife that infest the area. If these guys get there drive threw game up they probably would get more business than the McDonald’s up the street the burgers are way better
