The restaurant was clean and nicely decorated. Staff was excellent, however we had to return one dish because it was inedible and the server didnt even really ask what was wrong. How can you fix something if you dont know its broken? The lasagna was obviously frozen at one point because water started separating from the sauce and it had no flavor. It looked delicious at first glance and the portion was large, but it had no flavor. The mozzarella sticks I am hoping we’re just overcooked. It had potential. The pasta was good and so was the chicken parm

Edited: I changed this from a 3 star to 5 star because the restaurant contacted me directly & made things right. We had lunch there today & once again it was wonderful. Greeted with kindness, waitress Jeana was amazing (plz ask for her when u dine in) & the food was great! A+++
We love Carrabas, but this last visit was disappointing. The greeters at the front wasnt very friendly. Our waitress seemed nice, but not attentive. Had to wait long times & look for her to ask for things. It wasnt busy the day & time we were there. The floors were dirty & bathroom was disgusting. Food was just ok this time. Really wish they would mix the house dressing into the salad again, because of its thickness its hard to mix it well at the table. The broccoli was over cooked, the fish was good. The chicken marsala had maybe 1 mushroom in the sauce. And the pasta was dry, when I asked for marsala sauce to be on top. My sangria tasted watered down. Even the bread was hard, definitely not fresh like we normally get. The best part was the appetizer. Hoping this was just an off night for them.

There was a confusion with my curbside order. However, I want to take a moment to hightlight the outstanding customer service from the manager on shift the evening of march 7th. She went above and beyond to quickly resolve the situation and made sure our food and overall experience turned out to be very pleasant. She showed true professionalism and care for their customers. Our food was great, and we left feeling appreciated.

After eating at Carrabba’s Italian Grill in several different cities, I’m disappointed with the Fayetteville location. My first visit was great, but the last two have not been good.
This time the shrimp was overcooked, the pasta was grainy, and the portion was poorly presented. On top of that, my order came out about 7 minutes late even though I ordered 30 minutes in advance.
It’s frustrating because Carrabba’s is one of my favorite restaurants and I know the quality can be better. Unfortunately, this location has been inconsistent. I’ll probably wait until I’m in another city to eat here again

Came in for date night! The food was delicious! Thomas was our server he was amazing. I only gave 4 stars for service because I requested my pasta have extra sauce because of a medical condition I have, but my ravioli came out too try for my stomach to handle, then by the time I got the sauce my ravioli was cold. The steak was cooked to perfection! Restaurant could use some updates to improve the atmosphere.
*Update- Tried this place again last night. We had Elijah as our server he was fast and proficient. The food was delicious. The only negative was the homeless population that asks for money and hangs out around your vehicles in the parking lot.

Our first time here and our server, Ashlee (dark hair) was amazing! She was very kind & our food was hot! We never had to look for her- she stayed somewhere within reach to make sure we were taken care of. Definitely coming back for service and food like this! Way to go Carraba’s & Ashlee, you too!

Overall it was a great night. Our waitress was hilarious, idk if she intended to be but she definitely made our experience better after a miscommunication when we called to confirm if they were still doing the $45 dinner for 2. We were told yes then drove 30mins and after seated was told that they weren’t. Our waitress went to talk to whomever and we were actually still able to order it. I guess it’s the end of the promotion so I’ll know next time not to even bother. Food was almost perfect, the broccoli was cold although everything else was piping hot. A simple fix by our waitress. Only lacked in refills but other than that, we still love a good Carrabba’s date night!

The food was not flavorful and the chicken was dry. They were “out of” part of my order. The Alfredo sauce was cold and lumpy. Meatballs were mushy and simply not good. Lasagna was decent (atleast edible). We are honest people so when waitress asked we started telling her and never got to finish before she walked away to retrieve the manager. The female manager thought we were trying to get something for free and we said no just answering her questions in which she then became rude and tried to embarrass us. My first bad experience with any Carrabas ever and my goodness it was horrible. WILL NOT GO BACK TO CARRABAS IN FAYETTEVILLE! Wilmington Location pleeeeease don’t let food quality and employee standards diminish like the Fayetteville location.

I had my first visit a few weeks ago with a group of friends. The service, appetizers, dessert and drinks from the bar were AMAZING!! The entrees, eh, not so much. I know that there are recipes to follow and portions, but the dishes could use more sauce. My server was nice enough to bring me some more sauce and that helped my pasta look more appealing. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I’ll definitely be back to try something else.
