This time I was taken care of by Carrie at the bar. She was friendly fast and overall very professional while training Matt (who was also awesome)!!!

We had a great experience at Texas Roadhouse last night thanks to our server, Lexy! From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Our drinks stayed full, our food came out quick and exactly how we ordered and she checked on us just enough without feeling like we were being hovered over.
It’s refreshing to have a server who actually seems to care about their tables and creating a good experience. The service honestly made the experience better. We’ll definitely be back & will be asking for Lexy next time!

We eat at Texas Roadhouse often but never this location. We didn’t call ahead, but got seated less than 15 min with a party of 6 on a Saturday evening.
Big shout out to our waitress Leigh! She was fantastic, quick, never ran out of anything and fun!

Texas Roadhouse is ALWAYS a good to for me. I’ve been to this location numerous times and am ALWAYS pleased with my service and the taste of my food. They ALWAYS get the temperature of my steak right when I order a medium rare. It’s never over cooked or under cooked just always juicy and delicious and HUGE portion sizes. Well worth your money with how affordable they are as well. Service is always fast, friendly and respectful.

Got take out. Food was 30 min late form when they said it would be ready. It sat on the rack while they made more bread. After getting home, there was no butter for the bread. I know it was busy but do better

Went there to have dinner with my grandma tonight. It was really good! Rolls weren’t fresh at the beginning but the waitress was awesome with her service and changed it right away. We had margaritas,potato skins, smothered chicken and catfish. Everything was fresh and tasted great.

The food, service, and atmosphere were amazing!! It was nice and warm inside, so I wasn’t freezing like I usually am at other restaurants. The prices were great, and I got the Texas combo with an 8oz sirloin and ribs, with 2 sides for under $23. I feel like you can’t beat the price at another steak house/restaurant that serves the same type of food. We will definitely be back!!

Food was pretty bad. I’m a cheap shopper but I’m usually happy with the consistency and cost of what you pay for at this restaurant chain. Maybe I should have just gone to longhorn.
Went for anniversary dinner on our first date night in a long time. So we were not in a rush but entrees took a while. We noticed the table next to us complaining about the same thing as well.
The appetizer was the fried onion blossom. It was soggy on the bottom and pretty close to room temp when we got it.
Worse was the rib eye. Again I’m a cheap shopper and I know that you get what you pay for and this isn’t exactly a world class steak restaurant but my steak was pretty awful. It was cut like some one wanted to use it as a door stop. It was also clearly the end of the rib loin. If I was in charge I’d tell my cooks not to serve it.
Since the steak was a triangle in shape with very depths it led to an inconsistent cooking temp across the steak ranging from rare to medium. That didn’t keep me from trying to eat it, which due to the different temps and shape of the best turned out to pretty chewey. Also due to the end cut and the fatty eye of the rib eye not being cooked enough on one end.
Showed the manager when they checked the table. They were agreed and acknowledged the steaks issues. They took $10 off…but frankly I’d rather have nit saved 10 bucks and had a better experience. Definitely gonna go to another steak house before coming back.
