I stopped by early yesterday morning before heading into work to grab a catering order, and so my visit was quick. Although, I noticed the restaurant was clean, tidy and presentable. The staff was friendly and they handled my last minute change to my order with ease. Great food, great service. I recommend this establishment.

When I walked across the dirty parking lot To come in for breakfast I passed two employees who just stood there with their arms crossed over one another and said nothing. I said good morning but I heard nothing from them. Not hello. Not welcome. Not good morning. This is very unlike Chick-fil-A. Then I go into the store and I get the same thing. Maybe I am spoiled, but one of the reasons why I visit Chick-fil-A is because how nice everyone is typically. No one said hello or good morning or welcome or anything. Maybe the entire store is having a bad day. Who knows? When I tried to order a chicken patty for breakfast, I was told by the lady that I could not do that because that is a lunch item. I’ve been eating at Chick-fil-A for years almost daily, and I’ve always had that for breakfast. So I was forced to order nuggets which I’m not a big fan of. I ended up giving those nuggets to the birds outside. I’m happy that they at least got a good breakfast. The store itself is decorated for Christmas, which is lovely, but the windows are filthy and all scratched up. The parking lot has oil stains all over it, and the sidewalks need to be power washed. It’s just so shocking to see a Chick-fil-A turning into Burger King. Disappointed. Spoiled by you, and very disappointed.

I usually get breakfast here almost every morning. I have never felt so uncomfortable, embarrassed and shamed before today. I order my usual (a vanilla iced coffee with 7 added sugars) the employee on my receipt below gives me a dumbfounded look and proceeds to tell me “you know that makes 14 right?” When no it doesn’t, multiple employees told me it comes with 2 pumps. Online it says 2 for the size I got, and on the app it actually says 1. But either way, she should have known better, her job was not to judge me for what I put in my body, her job was not to embarrass me, and give me a rude snarky look and comment, her job is to take my order and ring me out. Her acting like that completely ruined my appetite, I couldn’t eat nor drink bc of how upset and embarrassed I was

In my nearly 30 years as a Chick-fil-A lover I have never left anything less than fully satisfied until today. I brought my 4 kids in for dinner and to play after our meal, while they were playing I and the rest of the dining room could hear associates in the back room pointing and talking about how “that area smells like straight feet,” pointing in the direction of tables directly outside the play area where only my kids and I were. I understand that cleanliness is a priority here but some discretion would have been appreciated as my “straight feet” smelling toddlers have had an active Saturday and don’t deserve to be spoken about like that. I hope whisper training is offered to associates asap so another single mom looking for a moment of peace like me doesn’t have to leave in tears..

I am writing this because I visited this location on June 11th around 11:50 AM. While the customer service was friendly, I was very disappointed to find eggs on my food — something I did not order or expect. This is a serious issue, especially for those with dietary restrictions or allergies. Food preparation should be handled with much more care and attention to detail.
Unfortunately, this experience has left me with no desire to return to this location, and I won’t be recommending it to others. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves quality control in the kitchen moving forward.

Love Chic-fil-A! I know that no one is perfect, but I have had to go back or get my orders corrected on several occasions. That is why I’m giving 4stars. They have been more then accommodating when something is wrong, and will put forth the extra to make things right and take care of their customers. They have done great with the food and the service is kind and respectful, no matter how busy they get with everything going on. Thanks for in the busyness of today, trying to still provide great food, but no matter what there is always room for improvement.

It’s bad enough that this location rarely ever have drivers pull up to the stop signs so the smaller/preorders behind them can get out & not have to wait! I get home open my bag only to find another old wilted yellow salad ♀️ This is the 2nd time this month I’ve ordered the Kale Crunch salad that I’ve had to throw it away! From now on I’ll be waiting until I get to Skibo or Raeford rd where I’ve never had a problem with bad food ♀️

9/29/2023 Beyond upset! Hair in my son’s Mac&cheese. As you can see, he already ate some of the food. I wish I would have checked my food before driving all the way home before realizing this. The standards at this Chick fila has decreased. If you are handling food, then wear hairnets and gloves!!!

Worst salad my mother ever had!! The greens were wilted, brown & very soggy! Even the white stalk pieces, which were a lot, were brown and oxidized! Huge over sized pieces of lettuce, no effort to chop or segment however they do it. What was choped pretty well were more pieces of stem and stalk, almost diced, at the bottom of salad. Mom threw it away before i could take a pic. This is highly unacceptable for consumption.

I ordered a grilled chicken club sandwich it didn’t have any lettuce or tomato just bacon and I asked for honey roasted BBQ sauce didn’t get that. The lemonade had so much pulp in it I could barely drink it the only thing that was good were my waffle fries This location in general is always messing up my order I won’t be eating here for a while.
